Positive leasing experience

Another excellent leasing experience at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick. We have both purchased and leased new Cadillac's from this dealership. Our most recent lease is a new SRX. The process was done professionally and with customer integrity foremost. It is always a pleasure doing business at this dealership and we have always been happy with the results. Excellent customer service

Was there for a dent removal, but got oil change at same time. Brandi is great! She provides excellent customer service.

great service dept., friendly service people

Service dept had taken the vehicle in time as promised. Could not find a problem with the front end as I had reported which is fine with me. Did not take long to diagnose. Plus I received a free car wash which I did not expect.

A.J., my service representative, is the best. He is incredibly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I've purchased my car there 9 years ago and they have been servicing it since.

No pressure sale.

Recently purchased a used 2013 SRX at Herb Chambers. Had wonderful experience with Z as our salesperson. It was a pleasant experience from the start to the finish of the deal. Felt absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle at any point in the relationship. He was well informed about the vehicle and promptly answered all of or questions as to the vehicle and the trade in proposed. Even after leaving a deposit on the vehicle and deciding on the purchase he did follow up with a call but did not inundate us with repeated calls or any pressure to purchase the vehicle. He was quick to follow up on questions concerning the vehicle and the details about the purchase and the proposed trade. At delivery we pointed out an issue with the vehicle and after delivery he promptly contacted us with a reply that addressed the issue to our satisfaction. Hopefully Z will be an employee for some time with whom we can continue to deal with for subsequent purchases from Herb Chambers Cadillac. Also had a pleasant experience with Paul Nischo relative to the financing of the vehicle. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to convince the lender to agree to a favorable interest rate on our behalf. He did not pressure us into purchasing any warranties and only recommended the warranties that were needed relative to the vehicle.
