Great Service

The appointment was started on time, the work was thorough and all employees were courteous. Our car was also vacuumed and washed. We are pleased to do business with this excellent Dealership.

Expert Sales Team!!

Harold was very personable and helped me get the car I wanted for the price I could afford. Also, Paul in finance was very informative and upsold me on the much needed wheel and tire protection. Also, neither of the two gentle men were too pushy and cared about my satisfaction, not just a sale. Very happy.

good service

As usual great service. My only complaint is recall work took longer than expected and I would have appreciated a phone call to tell me it would be later than my requested time of noon.

Great service, terrible phone service

Service was excellent but your phone systems needs to greatly improve. I called twice for an appointment, no one available and left message to call me. No one did. Finally got through but when I had to call back, same thing...promise to call back but no one ever did. Also, when I call the number for SERVICE, the first question I'm asked is sales or service. Why? Lastly, when I asked for service, I has given Kevin in sales who volunteered to transfer me to Kevin in service when all the time I had asked for AJ in Service. Terrible phone service.

Exceptional Service Expereince...beyond the basics

I came to the dealership for service on my Cadillac SUV--a simple oil change and rotation of my tires!. On that day my 89 year old mother was with me and wanted lunch. I asked Brittani where would be the safest place to cross the street to get to Chic-fil-a which is my mother's favorite place for lunch. Britain provided a car and driver to take us across the street and back to the dealership because it would not be safe to cross the street. I am a public service employee and customer service 101 is our number one focus. This act of professionalism and kindness demonstrates to me how much Herb Chambers employees value my business and has taken steps to build a relationship. I will tell anyone who asks about my great experience on that day and recommend they lease from this dealership or just stop by and visit.

Great service team--above & beyond

The Service team at Herb Chambers is great. Although the "noise" at the driver's front wheel couldn't be determined, the team & Service Mgr. made every effort to identify it. I took a test drive with him but we weren't able to reproduce the noise. Service rep, AJ Pluvose is the best!

Great communication fro the service writer.

My service writer AJ always keeps me well informed with the repair(s), time frame and associated costs along with a very courtious and professional manner. This is one of the reasons I'm a returning customer for service. When the time comes for a new vehicle this will be strongly taken into consideration.

Love This Place

Everyone at the dealership is so pleasant and helpful. Even after buying my car 2 years ago, I love that my salesman always comes to see my when I drop it off to check to make sure everything is going well.
