GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ESPECIALLY WANT TO COMMEND A.J. (CUSTOMER SERVICE) AND JOE (SHOP FORMAN) FOR THEIR EFFORTS TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AND THEIR PROFRSSIONAL SERVICE. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT I HAD WAS I FOUND A SMALL SCRATCH ON THE TRUNK SILVER STRIP(WITH THE CADILLAC LOGO) WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR AND PUT MY SERVICE SLIP IN THE TRUNK.I DIDN'T EVEN MENTION IT AS I AM SURE NO ONE WOULD KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED. IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF MY CONSTANT CARE OF THE CAR THAT I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED IT. OTHERWISE THE EXPERIANCE WITH HERB CHAMBERS WAS GREAT

Good Service and Warranty coverage

Brought my vehicle, because I was advised I needed front and rear brakes at only 36k miles. Tech discovered I had a defective brake pedal assembly which was making the brakes drag all the time. Job was handled under warranty, and I am satisfied with the work done. Also had new Tires installed

Cadillac assistance nightmare

The dealership was fine with the exception of the receptionist who did not know how to help with your roadside assistance program. No courtesy vehicle was offered. No services were extended and it took over 18 hrs from the time Onstar called about the flat to the time I arrived at the dealership. The dealership itself was great. Kevin listened to the issues I had experienced and the service manager, Iman, was great. I currently have no confidence in roadside assistance. Actually found out that they had never spoken to the Cadillac tech who was supposed to be bringing me a spare. He no longer works for the dealership and never answered his cell. Robo calls were just plain stupid. Said 15 min. with no basis. Said that the tech was with me or my service was bing completed when no one was anywhere to be seen. Misinformation and long aggravating waits were the norm. I'm glad I was able to pump it up and drive home. My biggest concern was that I had my two dogs with me. If I had not driven home , it would have been a nightmare. If I was on a long road trip, I don't know what would have happened. We occasionally drive to NC. There are long stretches of no population to speak of. Would we have been stranded with two dogs, little food and no restroom while Cadillac tried to contact a nonexistent person? I'm rethinking AAA. The service was unacceptable on all levels. Saying it was a nightmare is an understatement. The dealership itself was great.

Great loaner quick service

Fixed the car fast and an ELR loaner was available. I was the talk of the town in the hot red coupe. I think good loaners help sell your dealership and probably some cars.

Great Customer Service

My sales consultant Andrew Fenster was outstanding and paid great attention to detail. His Follow through was excellent as well. Cadillac is the first American car I have ever purchased and Andrew played a big role in that decision. PS Very happy with the new vehicle as well !!
