Great Place

Overall A+ experience. No pressure buying experience, very friendly staff. Mike, Kevin, Jackie, Brandi in service all very nice professional people if your not happy or something goes wrong they make it right.

first class service personnel; great place to read

Service at Herb Chambers - AJ and team rock!

AJ is a very good client face off. We trust him for his recommendations and his direct communication on what needs to be done. We have a family of 5 that uses the 2007 Escalade a lot; their safety is based on this vehicle performing at it best. We feel AJ help us with that. Kudos to him and the service team at Herb Chambers!! At approx 120K miles - its a reliable vehicle for us.

Best dealership we have ever dealt with.

This was the most friendly, professional and fair dealership that we have ever bought a car from. Thanks Roberto, Paul and Lauren . We had first spoken with Lauren on the phone who started the ball rolling and answered all our questions and found the perfect SUV for us. When we got there after a 4 hour trek from New York, we were greeted by the smiling face of Roberto who couldn't do enough for us. He answered all our questions and negotiated a price that we were very happy with. We then met with Paul who got us the best deal and made us feel so comfortable with financing. He was friendly and not pushy like many finance handlers. I almost feel sad that it will be a long time before we see them again. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. New showroom, great selection and helpful sales

Great Service!

I was in for a service appointment last week. My 2012 CTS was due for routine maintenance and was idling a little rough. As I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a valet, who opened my door and directed me to the service adviser, A.J. After explaining the symptoms of my car, he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and told me it would be finished no later than 2:00 the following day. He immediately had a new CTS brought up for me that was gassed and washed (I almost think he had it pulled from the showroom). I was amazed at the level of service A.J. and his team provided. When he called and said my car was ready, i was almost disappointed, I was really getting to like the new CTS he provided me with. While picking up my 2012, it was purring like a kitten, and was looking like it was brand new again. Kudos to the reconditioning department. I then bumped into Harold, the sales advisor who helped me by my car in 2012. We are now in the process of putting a deal together on a new CTS like the one I was driving for a day. What a great experience. For myself as well as many others, going to a Car Dealership for service rates lower than a trip to the dentist.. and is usually more painful. A.J. and Harold made me feel like I was a guest at the Ritz Carlton. This has truly been an unexpected, exceptional experience. I look forward to my next visit with my new 2015 CTS!

Great service at Herb Chamber's Cadillac

It is a 45 minute drive to Herb Chamber's Cadillac but I like the dealership and bought my last two CTSs there. I also like that Herb supports car enthusiasts by sponsoring Cars and Coffee events.

Great experience !

I purchased used CTS at a very fair, competitive price. Everyone I interacted with, Roberto, Jeff, Jackie, and especially Harold who walked me through the paperwork, orientated me to the workings of the car, and who put the plates on my new car, all were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure. Everyone was patience and responsive to my many questions. I would recommend Herb Chambers Warwick to anyone.
