Excellent experience

On the phone when we made the appointment we asked for "Joe B." the salesperson who we had dealt with previously. When we checked in at the desk they brought us to his desk to have us wait for him and within a minute he was there to assist . We had done our research and knew what we wanted. Everyone listened to us and worked to get us what we were looking for. We bought the car we wanted and got the deal we wanted. Financing and paperwork went smoothly.We said we would pick up the car the next day and it was ready as promised. Joe even came in on his day off to be sure we were taken care of as "his" customers. Steve explained all the electronic systems and was excellent. All my questions were answered and everything I needed was working properly before I left ( phone, navigation, etc..).. This is the second car I bought from them and I would definitely do it again.

Everything went great. The service was done in a very reasonable amount of time. My service advisor was very clear about what was done and helpful. Good experience.

Monike was thorough , patient and professions.

Monike took me through the buying process and explained everything about the procedure. I test drove a Prius, Rav 4 & then decided the Camry Hybrid was the car that suited me best. She never rushed me and took her time explaining all the features of the vehicles. I thought I had researched pretty well online but Monike enlightened me about the new Toyotas. This is my third Boch Toyota. You can call me a satisfied customer

My best purchase experience
