Salesperson was great

Trey was awesome, very happy working with him. Sales managers however need to return customer calls. Left two messages with them, never heard back. Neither came by either to thank me or congratulate me on my purchase - best practice would be to do so. Experience at Global Imports BMW is light years more polished and better but Trey himself was great. Y’all also need to get your phone system working - got stuck in an endless loop several times, phone selections were not working or no.real.person.ever.picked.up!!!

Exceptional and one of a kind!

Millo knows exactly how to treat a customer and makes sure he can help you all through out the process. He not only makes sure to explain everything, get you the best deal possible, and give you his most honest and truthful recommendations, but he will continue helping you even after your purchase, with ANY car questions and will respond immediately. BEST service I’ve ever had at a dealership and he deserves to be recognized for his amazing attention, customer service, knowledge, and friendly atttitude.

Responsive and Honest

I had a handbreak hickup i wanted to have checked Rose got me the very next morning and very shortly , she came back to me, told me they looked at it and that all was fine. And they wouldn't charge me It was just a checkup on my side but the customer service rhey gave equalled to much more! I go there in a heartbeat

Rachel found me the perfect car

I have been very intimidated by car shopping and haven’t enjoyed the experience in the past. I avoided coming in, and was considering switching up dealers after 10 years of loyalty to VW. Fortunately I took a chance, and somehow Rachel knew the perfect car for me and I didn’t even know. She was the best sales person I have had in 10 years w Jim Ellis. I will buy again from her - she provided exactly the info I needed to make an informed decision, and get a fun car. Customer service and outgoing desire to make sure you are happy was truly outstanding.

Consistent and Dependable

Rose is my Service Advisor and she is always willing to meet my needs. She is always sensitive to my schedule, I travel frequently, and she strives to ensure that I get Service, even with last minute requests. She ensures that every detail is covered and that any factory recall or warranty items are taken care of. Rose is professional, courteous and very customer oriented.

Just a Battery

I texted Rose Shuck at JE Volkswagen Monday after having taken Uber to work due to an aging dead battery in my 2012 Tiguan. She told me to bring it in.to be checked. When I arrived, Scott told me she’d been expecting me & would be right back. She appeared in less than a minute & got it organized. Sure enough the battery had to be replaced. It was quick, easy & painless. I was in and out in less than hour, And, she even got it washed too! Can’t ask for more than that!! Thanks Rose 🌹!

My second experience with Rose (Shuck), was exemplary.

Start to finish my experience was well above my expectations. Rose was professional, courteous, and kept me totally in the communications loop. In addition to superb service, her attention to detail identified a small defect in one of my tires that I had not previously observed on my front, drivers side tire. That could have been disastrous. As a result of my previous career as a nuclear evaluator, I typically do not give the top rating. In this case Rose and the support organization get the best rating and I have nothing to offer for improvement. Additionally, “World” (one of the entry bay support individuals) provided excellent support helping me to understand the “loaner”. I asked one question, he got in the car and gave me a complete introduction to its features. The Jim Ellis culture is admirable!
