Excellent Service
Unfortunately I was hit and my Jetta SEL PREM was totaled. I needed a new car. There was no doubt in my mind where to go, and who to call. I contacted Millo Antola of Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Chamblee. Why? Because he, Lance Jeter, and Mike Martucci provided excellent customer service during my first purchase. It was like seeing family. I'm a very happy customer.

Great experience
Our sales woman made our buying experience a pleasure. She listened to what we needed and wanted in a car from the get go. Once we had selected a vehicle she worked in our favor to make the numbers work. What could been a stressful experience was seamless due to Rachel and employees at Jim Ellis VW.

Better than expected
Rachel did a great job. She was very informative, patient and friendly. I hate buying cars, she made the experience as painless as possible. Everyone we dealt with was friendly.

Always a great experience
Rose was wonderful to deal with start to finish. The repair was a very usual item and it took some time to source parts but she kept me in the loop at all times and with the progress. This is why i only trust my VW's to Jim Ellis Atlanta.
