Excellent!

Rachel was excellent to deal with! I would recommend her and Jim Ellis dealerships to anyone! The only thing I could've done without was the Atlanta traffic :)

Miles better than other VW service centers!

Rose was my service tech but she was busy when I arrived for my appointment and she made sure that I was helped by Will in her place. He was very helpful getting me setup and when my car was completed, reviewed the outcome of the multi-point inspection at my request. All of the service people I encountered - from the gentleman who greeted me and opened the door to the service desk to Rose to Will- were absolute professionals and provided the highest customer service. I told Will that I was so happy that I had driven 40 minutes from Smyrna as my experience with my local VW dealership service was nowhere near the wonderful experience I received at Jim Ellis VW! I will continue coming here as long as I have my VW!

Rachel is amazing!

We were in the market for a commuter car for my husband and already having owned a VW we knew we wanted to stay in the family! Rachel helped us from the beginning. She was extremely helpful and continued to follow up until we finally made a decision on the car. My husband works a lot, so I did most of it on my own with 3 very small children. Rachel was so great with them and actually helped entertain them! In the end she personally delivered the car to our house because I wasn’t able to make it down to dealership with the kids. She has also followed up since we’ve had the car to see how everything is going. We now take both cars to get serviced at Jim Ellis, and couldn’t be happier with the customer service there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My schedule changed Zoe and Rose made it happen.

Jim Ellis vw services the cars they sell without question. I've been a customer for more than 10 years. I intend to continue for another 10 at least.

Best dealer experience ever.

I drove from North Carolina to look at a vehicle. When I showed up at the dealership I received nothing but exemplary service. Zoë was nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a salesperson/dealership look no further than Zoë/Jim Ellis VW. Would shop their again even though I am in NC.

Rose never fails

I am lucky enough to be the owner of several cars. Including some with what are considered to have fancier badges on the hood. Unfortunately, the service I get from Rose is far superior to the others!! her friendliness, honesty, and efficiency are unrivaled. She makes VW ownership a pleasure.

Rose Schuck service

Rose Shuck provided exceptional service as well as the entire team. Instead of 7-10 business days as estimated to fix my car, it was actually only 3! Thankyou. Now if only VW would step up to the plate and reimburse its customers for a faulty key lock and wiring harness😡

Rose is the best

Rose is always very responsive, kind and reliable. My new car Tiguan has been has many issues and she always helps to fix issues. I guess I has bad luck for the car but good luck with agency - Rose.
