Rose was very patient and helpful in taking care of me when I had to get repairs on my car. The labor on my car was going to take a long time and I needed a rental car. I did not have a current insurance card and she contacted my insurance company to get proof of insurance. She was patient and persistent with obtaining the paperwork needed. The repairs were done and Rose contacted me immediately. She is friendly and does her job well.

Great service department.
We all have suffered through horrible experiences with both buying and servicing cars. Most dealerships are awful places to go. Jim Ellis VW has been an exception. They seem to hire better and train better. The staff culture doesn't seem like the usual sleazy dealership thing. Thanks Rose Shuck for your courtesy and professionalism!

Rose is a life saver!
Rose is a lifesaver. She knows me, my car, my needs, etc. Every time I have an appointment she gives me the estimate before service and will list any upcoming maintenance and est. costs so I can plan accordingly. This time I had a dead battery and engine rattling that appeared suddenly. I called her in a panic on my way to the shop on a Friday morning and she said "don't worry Ms. -. Come straight here and we will handle everything." I was in and out within 3 hours.

Unexpected visit
Once again it's Miss Rose to the rescue. Recently I hit a pothole while driving in Midtown (I know, what a surprise), immediately a warning light popped on to notify me that my rear turn signal bulb was out. Ugh, what a hassle. YouTube it. A week goes by. Didn't buy bulb. YouTube it again. Another few days go by. Bulb still out, ugh. Was driving in the vacinity of Jim Ellis VW and thought I would drop in to see if they could fix it. Rose promptly greeted me as I walked in the door and asked how she could help. Mentioned the bulb error message and she went to the car to check the code. She looked up my records and mentioned that the car was still under warranty and wouldn't cost me any money to fix. Happy me! Didn't even care that she said it would take 45 minutes. It was less time than that and I don't have that nagging warning light on anymore! Miss Rose you are the best!

Fast / Easy
I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.

Millo is the best!
I have leased 3 VW Tiguans and my most recent lease is my favorite yet. Millo was super helpful and patient with me as I went back to the dealership many times looking for the exact right color combo for me. Ended up with my #1 choice (eventhough it was a hard to find configuration). Got a great deal and a gorgeous car!

AMAZING BEGINNING TO END
I just want thank Millo for a great first time experience in getting a me a great reliable car. Although, it was late and close to closing two nights straight he listened to my needs, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Felt like a distant uncle. He showed true compassion for what he does, and was not "pushy" in making you feel like you were just a sale. Karl was great as well in getting me in out and answering all questions I may have had as a first timer. Jersey made sure I got the most for my trade in and I truly appreciate the team work in making me feel okay about my purchase. Millo even made sure I got new windshield wipers not thinking he heard me he text me to let me know he was going to take care of everything. I sincerely appreciate everything guys. See you soon for my courtesy wash since the weather actually is permitting.

Went into dealership 11/23/18 to look at the certified preowned vehicles and fell in love with a 2017 VW Tiguan. After a test drive with salesperson, Zoe Ray,I decided to buy it. Everyone involved in the process from Zoe thru the finance guy and those that prepared the SUV to come home with me validated Jim Ellis’s claim to “Expect the Best”. The SUV & the favorable deal were fantastic but the dealership’s people are equally as fantastic.
