Muy mal servicio ahí un latino que se llama Oscar muy arogante no le ayuda al cliente no lo recomiendo yo compre un Silverado 2021 y desde el primer año me empezó a fallar y para areglarla trasmision tengo que dejarlo dos meses y no Medan caro para yo trabajé es lo peor no lo recomiendo

My oil change appointment met my expectations today. I encountered an easy check in, friendly customer service, short wait period, and a clean waiting area with complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate. I definitely would recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel to others.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID

I hope that you aren't looking for great customer service, a quick turn around, or someone to get back to you. I have been going back and forth with this autonation location since December 2022. Long story short, they put in a faulty fuel pump back in December and I finally got them to repair it a month ago. I found out the fuel pump was faulty because I took my car to another mechanic because my previous experience with autonation was TERRIBLE. Since I had proof of the faulty fuel pump, Autonation agreed to fix the damage, pay my diagnostic fee from the current shop my car was at, and get my car towed. Since the repair a month ago, I have not been refunded my diagnostic fee, which they ensured me I would get and said it would help quicken the process if I paid for it upfront. I can't get the Manager on the phone or my service agent. They stopped responding to my emails and calls. I am disgusted with how I have been treated and reported them to Corporate and still waiting for corporate's response. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't go to this location. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my 2020 Corvette. Alvin Maeda was very helpful initially and he put me in contact with Jake Fought who was very helpful working through the finalization of my purchase and delivery. I can?t say enough nice things about Jake. He is a credit to your organization. Very professional and great customer service. My vet was delivered yesterday and I am very satisfied.
