To begin... I was contacted within 30 minutes of my on line request for information! To top that off, the salesperson was polite and knew her business regarding auto and what she did not know she put me on hold and found the answer I needed. I'm no kid, (62) however, this person (female) was just as excited as I was! Sadly I made no purchase, but look forward to doing work with them if possible!

Rude and disrespectful.

I had been dealing with Devlin regarding a new RAM truck on their lot. Their dealership is a long drive for me. I talked to Devlin on the phone a couple times and sent text messages back and forth. After several days I found one at my hometown dealership and sent him a message saying "I appreciate your help but I just bought one up north. Thanks for all your help, I appreciate it" and he responded "Yup thank you sir for wasting my time". I called a manager at Bob Allen and all he said was "I will talk with him and make sure it doesn't happen again". One would think he would be tripping over himself apologizing, but no. A formal complaint has been issued with RAM customer service and I will never make contact with Bob Allen or Devlin again!

Good folks to deal with at Bob Allen Motor Mall

We recently purchased a new Cadillac XTS from Bob Allen and found the staff there to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our salesman, Stuart Martin, patiently worked with us for several weeks answering all of our questions and assisting my wife and I in finding just the right car at the right price. He actually made buying the new car a high enjoyment low anxiety experience for both of us. Thanks, Stuart. Another plus for me in buying a car from Bob Allen is the excellent service department. I have been getting one of my vehicles serviced there for many years and have complete confidence in them. Thanks again, Stuart, for being so helpful and Kudos to Bob Allen Motor Mall, good folks to do business with.

Shipped to Colorado

I live in Colorado and could not find any trucks here I liked . Looked online and found bob Allen called got billy jack ordered my truck shipped it here and could not b happier.

Robins car buying

Had the pleasure of buying a car from Bob Allen the salesman Stewart Martin was a great help and knowledgeable about the car and helped me get the best deal on the car I bought and the car I traded in. I would recommend Bob Allen and also recommend costumers to see Stewart Martin and get a great deal.

I bought a car here less than a week ago, and when I first test drove it the AC was out. I was told it was being fixed and I could purchase the car after it got out of the shop. After a few days of driving, the AC is not blowing out cold air at all. At first it was cool, but not as cool as 60 degrees. Now it is completely hot, as if they temporarily fixed the issue to get the car sold. Sounds like a leak that they didn't want to fix so they just threw some freon in there to make the sale. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone nor will I ever do business with them again. The person I was working with was named Ethan, and it just sounds like some dishonest business doings to me.

Will do what it takes to accommodate customers

Bought used car at Bob Allen this week, and they held it for a week until I had the money to pay for it. If you go in motivated to buy, they will accommodate for whatever you need to make the customer happy. Ended up paying $1000 over what I had planned because I wanted the car so bad, but still $2500 less than asking price when it was all said and done. Only negative was that there was two things I had to get repaired that were $500, but I didn't want to let the car pass by so bought anyways.

Great people and a great car lot to buy from!!! They take your money problems and give you a great deal on great used cars!!!! I will buy from them again

Automatic Reply but no Replay

Contacted them about a vehicle for sale but never was officially contacted. I received the automatic replies to my inquiry but no one personally contacted me to assist with my questions. Guess the potential of my sale wasn't worth the effort.
