The only thing about the car was the floor mats where the trunk when I test drove it when I i pick it up they where gone! It would’ve nice if I could get a new set!

Over all a good experience, however
Over all was very satisfied with buying experience, price and customer service, however The front brake pads were replaced by Nelson before I purchased the vehicle. They squeak when I apply the brakes and turn right. I brought it back to have them check it because I thought the pads were worn down to the indicator bar. A mechanic took it for a test ride, then told me that the pads were new so they couldn't be worn out yet. I went home, and pulled the front passenger wheel off to have a look for myself and discovered that guide pins that keep the brake pads from shifting on the top was missing the cotter pin that keeps the guide pin from falling out, and the bottom one was so mangled that it probably won't stay there much longer on it's own. The service technician who replaced these pads clears has zero regard for the safety of your customers or the financial and legal risk they exposed Nelson to. Nelson spent $50 on new brake pads because they know selling a car with worn brake pads is a great way to loose repeat business, and your service technician ruined all of that effort by failing to replace a $10-12 brake hardware kit. If the brake hardware was simply worn out and making noise I'd be okay with that and just replace it and move on, but they failed to secure the hardware safely. I would have gladly paid $10, $20 or $50 more for properly installed brake hardware and the piece of mind that comes along with it.

Easy, great transaction.
The salesman that we worked with was very helpful and the finance department also helped make us have a smooth transaction. Overall, we would rate this dealership very high and would do business there again. We are very happy with our purchase.

Service and Staff Couldn't Be Better
My wife and I went to Nelson Mazda to test drive a used vehicle they had on the lot after seeing it online with our two boys (one 5 years old and the other below 1 year old) and we were treated great from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone we encountered from the associate to the GM to the finance manager and everyone between we're super friendly, helpful, and professional. If I get back in the market in the future for another vehicle I'll check their stock first below anywhere else. My wife and I have told several people about our experience!

Trust and confidence
I've been taking my car to Nelson Mazda for the past 5 years and over that period have built a lot of confidence in their work and trust the recommendations they give me. They have been reasonably priced. Even though I may pay more at Nelson to have major service done, I would much rather pay that premium and know that the job is getting done right. The waiting area is very comfortable. I appreciate the service videos to see what's going on underneath my car.

Great location
My service was scheduled during a huge rainstorm so I was so glad when i was able to pull right into the garage to drop off my car. Really liked the video review of everything that was done and the staff were professional and courteous. Other than having to listen to Christian music for an hour, had a great experience and will bring my car back next time I need a service.

Friendly staff and wonderful service.
We really felt like they worked hard to get us the best deal possible for a car. We walked in thinking we will probably have to come back another time to get a car due to our credit, but Trey and Bill really worked with us to go a fantastic car. We will never go anywhere else!
