We really felt like they worked hard to get us the best deal possible for a car. We walked in thinking we will probably have to come back another time to get a car due to our credit, but Trey and Bill really worked with us to go a fantastic car. We will never go anywhere else!

No pressure, helping
You walk in and feel like you’re special. Everyone you meet wants to help. You get personal service from an appointee from the phone call made the day before saying that you were going to be there. We had specific requests towards being able to purchase a car. NO pressure at all, but Willing to Help get what you wanted. At finance time, a mistake was made on the website and to compensate us we were given a large discount on the mistake. What a Blessing God provided through my son and the people working there. Thanks 🙏🏼

Sales men in Murfreesboro's Mazda dealership always walk the extra mile for their customers, especially Tom Chanthavong! I had a problem with my health yesterday, and Tom walked the extra mile for me when he helped finish my car paperwork and I really appreciate everything everyone there has done for me and for taking the time to help and make sure that all my problems are solved.

Low pressure and comfortable atmosphere
There was low pressure by everyone that worked there. I have walked into and out of dealerships where they are too high pressure. I deal with pressure and stress with my daily job so the last thing I want when I’m not working is more stress or pressure. The atmosphere was also relaxing. With any car purchase I leave wondering did I get a good deal or not, could I have gotten something extra like a year of free oil changes etc. I had free oil changes with Toyota and forgot that’s not the case every where. That’s the only negative but that’s on me for not negotiating more. Overall would recommend this dealership to others.

Work done in a timely manner. The video from the tech was awesome and informative. Zach was friendly and very professional. Wait area was comfortable with snacks.
