Out of state purchase

it was a pleasure dealing with Nelson Mazda as well as Ben. They made purchasing a new car as seamless no as pleasureable aspossible. The vehicle we purchased was as described and Ben deffinitly over delivered . I would recommended Ben and Ken to anyone in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle .

New to me purchase

Went in after work with a preapproval letter in hand. After agreeing to the vehical, the beat the pre-approval offer. Somewhat of a quick process moving thru the entire process. Will be one of the top dealers to visit when I am ready for another vehical.

Such an easy an fun Car Purchase

Ben M. and the crew at Nelson Mazda are one of a kind when it come to thoroughness and customer service from start to finish. My wife and I are so glad we stumbled upon them at Nelson Mazda. I would have no hesitation sending any friend or family to Nelson in the future and plan on returning myself when I find myself needing a new or used vehicle in the future.

Relaxed, no pressure

Our salesperson, Warner Jenkins, was very knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. We were able to express our needs and our budget and he went out of his way to meet our expectations with a level of professionalism that was very evident and appreciated. The entire staff at the dealer were all very friendly and welcoming. This is our 3rd Mazda and we will continue to stay loyal to this make of car and look forward to working with Nelson Mazda with maintenance and care of our new car.

Great experience, great dealer

I've been a Nelson customer for over 16 years. Today Ben, Steve and Ken made my recent buying experience perfect. They are great at understand the customer's needs and work with you as a trusted advisor. Through the years their sales and service staff have delivered consistent distinctive service.

Fantastic

Fantastic Experience. My salesman Ben M. was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the different vehicles on the lot. I highly recommend visiting the showroom. Also, working with David in the finance department was a pleasure. He explained everything to me and was not a "pressure" type person. THANK YOU All!!

Another great car from Nelson.

My son needed another car, so I found a Civic a Nelson at the Hickory Hollow location and went up there to look at it. My salesperson was Ben M because I bought a new MX-5 from him last year (I love the car). So, we met again and we looked and drove it around and liked the car. The buying process went great. Al (sales manager)and Ben were a great team to work with and they gave us a good deal on my son's car. My son is really happy with the car and would go there again if we another vehicle.

Best Car Buying Experience to Date

I started my negotiations through e-mail and Ben was professional, quick to respond, and friendly. These traits extended through to the rest of the staff when I arrived for a test drive. I could have chatted with Ben, David, or Adam all day. The customer service really was second to none. As for the Nelson Mazda itself, the 3-day return or 7-day exchange policy is a refreshing break from the norm. As is the fact that the sales personnel do not work on commission. Lastly, as a business person, I know that you are only as successful as your team. When I heard about a few of the ways Nelson Mazda recognizes their staff, I thought - Bravo! Employee recognition is incredibly important. From a strategic view, if you treat your employees well, they are more likely to treat your customers well also. With my experience, I can say that it is working. Lastly, they only got 4 stars on price because I never give 5 stars. They are transparent with their pricing and each aspect of the transaction, so you know what you are paying. (Buying Experience is a 5)

Not a typical dealership!

It was my first time ever buying a vehicle. I was nervous since every other dealership I encountered was pushy and shady, and kept trying to have me sign purchasing agreements immediately. Everyone was so patient, explained the whole process, and Tom was the most helpful product specialist! Tom made sure I got everything in the vehicle at exactly the price I wanted to pay. Everyone on the staff was incredible! It was nice to not deal with a shady dealership!
