I'm a happy camper
Just got home with our "new" used Miata and we're very pleased. Dealt with Ben, Humberto and Adam and things couldn't have gone smoother. Very low key, no pressure, enjoyable experience. The price was right when we got there and they didn't tack on anything extra. We'll check their inventory when we're in the market for another car.

Best car saleman you will ever meet
Dealing with Ben was the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. The most important thing he said to me was whether you buy car or not, I want you to walk away happy. No pressure, we will explore all options and will take our time. Now that is a kind of a car experience you want out of both from a dealership and a car salesman. Sadly in the end, we didn’t find the car that was in our budget that we liked. He kept his word about being honest and no pressure, we did walk away happy and continue with our car search. Ben was also a funny guy, kept the experience alive throughout our process whether it was going for a test drive or just browsing around the car before taking it out for a test drive. We will visit them again in the future when our time has come for another vehicle. Unfortunately for now, we have bought another vehicle somewhere else. Price was a factor the reason we didn’t buy from them that night. However Ben did an excellent job throughout the process, we will give him call for our future visit, no matter what, you will walk away happy. Thank you again Ben.

Ringing in the new year with a sweet 2017 Mazda CX3
I love my new car. It's stylish, responsive, and fun to drive. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Nelson Mazda. The Product Specialist was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I felt like I was treated fairly and got a good deal. All of the employees I dealt with at Nelson Mazda were courteous and I highly recommend purchasing a car from Ben M.

Review on Mazda
I had come to the dealership to sell my old car to them. We has some what of a deal at a different car company. We met Tom Chanthavong at Nelson and he showed us the Mazda cx-5 and we fell in love with this car. I had never thought of a Mazda before now I know what l what I have been missing. This was my first car purchase and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Ben. He was so helpful and genuine and I really felt comfortable working with him. Ben Mulaosmanovic is amazing!
I had been car searching for well over 2 weeks and every dealership that I had gone to was a bust. Nothing but a big headache! Then, my father-in-law recommended that I go and see Ben at Nelson Mazda because Ben helped him and his daughter find the right car. I was nervous since this was my first time purchasing a car. Let me just tell you, Ben was OUTSTANDING! His sense of humor will keep you laughing and his dedication to helping you find the perfect car in your price range will blow your mind. Detailed and personal suervice a plus
The folks at Nelson Mazda of Antioch were great! My wife and I were informed of nearly every nuance of the CX9 we bought. Our sales person knew the car's spec's forwards and backwards. They guided us step by step along the way through what would have been a grueling financing process (so many papers to sign). No pressure to buy the undercar body coating, pin stripes, and other dealer add on's like at other places. Very pleasant car buying experience.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful
We were having my vehicle serviced yesterday, and decided while we were waiting to go look at the used cars. We had no intention of buying another vehicle. This was just something to kill a little time. Alisa Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. Although we did not find our perfect next automobile yesterday, Alisa assured us that she will be on the lookout for any potential matches meeting our criteria. Here it is the next day, and she has already informed us of a possible match! Wow! She is on it! I am confident that she will find our perfect next vehicle, whenever that may be.

2 hours for an oil change? Are you serious?
Scheduled an appoint on my first off day from work in a month for 9 am oil change.Arrived here at 8:45 am and it is now 11am and I am still sitting here waiting for my car. Shouldn't even have to pay at this point. Thank you for wasting a day off.
