Attempted a low ball on trade which was frustrating and really not necessary, which I believe was at the direction of the sales manager. I sold the car for twice the low ball offer the next day. In spite of this, our salesman Matt was nice and well meaning, but needs a better office with functional chairs for his customers, even if he is the new guy. I would give Matt five stars alone for effort, but the entire dealership an average rating. I would recommend to a friend, but would add caution about trade in practices and consideration for the time of customers.

Looks like a scam - they list a 2009 Honda Odyssey on cars com for $4,999, and then the actual price is $7,499. Their response when asked about cars.com: "3rd party websites like Cars.com don’t reflect current prices. Markets are constantly changing and while we love when prices go down, they also go up like they have in our current market. $7,499 is our sales price." When asked whether cars.com just made up the price: "I’m not familiar with cars.com and I wouldn’t ever say something is made up. I see what you’re showing me but I can only go off internal pricing which as of today is $7,499. With online prices, everything is very competitively priced because we understand every one is looking for the best deal. If you look at the chart you sent, our price of $7,499 is in the market price range"

During a visit to our local Volkswagen dealership, I

During a visit to our local Volkswagen dealership, I intended to test drive a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas. However, upon arrival, I encountered aggressive sales tactics from the staff, which initially deterred me. Despite having previously planned to purchase a Telluride the following day, I decided to test drive the Atlas to make an informed decision. Surprisingly, I found myself more drawn to the Atlas than the Telluride. During the negotiation process, I made it clear that I wanted the dealership to pay off my Dodge Caravan as part of the trade-in deal, which they agreed to. However, the entire transaction took several hours, spanning from 4:30 PM until almost 9:30 PM due to multiple rounds of negotiations and discussions. Despite sensing numerous red flags and feeling uneasy, we proceeded with the purchase. Upon leaving the dealership with our new vehicle, we were deeply disappointed by the experience. A few days later, we discovered that the dealership had neglected to add gap insurance despite our repeated requests. Consequently, we had to return to have it rectified. Additionally, I realized that I had forgotten to retrieve my old license plates, necessitating another trip to the dealership to collect them. Today, I noticed a hole in my passenger seat where the stitching had come undone. When I inquired about the necessary repairs, I was only advised to take it to an upholstery shop, stating that it would not be an expensive expense. Needless to say, I am deeply frustrated. A time when I should be excited about our new car has left me angry and disinclined to purchase another vehicle in the near future. Luis and Kevin were both patient and understanding, and Kevin has gone above and beyond to assist us. However, I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could just take the new car back & have a better experience elsewhere. It was all about them & not me. Paid way more than expected, $110 for a first aid kit, wheel locks, whatever their zurich care is, hidden add ons over $1000 I didn’t ask for or know about until financing. Gave me a hard drive instead of paperwork, uh I don’t trust you & to insert it into my computer for possible corruption? What ever happened to VW care packages, gold, platinum? I got offered nothing but theirs that is already applied clear coat, probley hasn’t been but said it is. 6hrs, high monthly payment, down payment went toward to junk on’s, terrible service center. I would tell you more but I haven’t been able to access my hard drive paperwork-no computer. Fitzgerald has honest pricing, Faulkner has free snacks, this place forget it just coffee for your 6hr ordeal. No hospitality Dirty car had plenty of time for a clean presentation, lazy. Financing can’t hear or understand you only hears ok yes I accept. Push the high numbers. What do you do with an experience like this?
