Best experience ever

I could not of asked for a better experience with this car dealership. Noah was very up front and professional throughout the entire process. I am very satisfied and look forward to enjoying my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta.

Mike K is awesome

My sales professional from Porsche is an elite salesman; he is one of the best I’ve ever seen in my entire life .I have bought over 55 cars in life. I find this man to be an incredible person with great faith, great fortitude, and what he says he does;the rest of the dealership is just slightly above average.Howrver, I have known the general manager(VP) of the store for 20 years and he is a great man also; my discernment would be with others u might deal with in the sales process. That’s why I did not give 5 stars —Mike is a elite person.

My new car

They have gave me more for my trade-in then my vehicle was worth to make the deal work for me my sales rep was an awesome guy kind courteous talk to us and work with us you would be greatly missed thanks Philip And even though we could not take our vehicle home with us that day they have given us a vehicle to take home

Great

Service on a used car bought there at Napelton and everyone we came in contact with was great. Service Advisor, Bruce and the transport driver we're especially helpful. Would definitely go back again.

Oil Change

Great job! Quick service and did what I wanted done. They let me know of other services that I needed based on the mileage of the car. They did not put a new sticker in window for next service and left residue on window from previous sticker.

Great Experience

Purchased a very clean and relatively new-used VW (2016). The price was Good in comparison to other dealerships. The sales service was excellent, very laid-back, and never felt pressured. Also very knowledgeable of the VW brand. Pretty much everything you would want when shopping for a decent car. They turned me onto VW for life!

Great experience with Napleton, JR, and Bill!

I recently had a great experience with Napleton on my used car purchase. I found the car online, a day or two after it was traded in. At this time, the car was not even ready to be placed on the lot for sale. It was still being detailed. I reached out and JR responded quickly. He was willing to help me in any way, even allowing me to view the car while in the middle of being cleaned! I would definitely recommend JR to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Pleasant experience

While not set on one particular model, we chose to first go to the Napleton lot for the wide variety of quality used cars. Staff was very attentive, but not overbearing. Our questions on any vehicle were answered, if not immediately, in a very timely manner. Everyone was very fair in the pricing process and willing to work with our limited budget. The reasons for 4 stars is I am not a fan of having to ask for a price on every vehicle I am interested in. I feel they should be competitive enough to be openly displayed on the vehicle.
