People were nice, car is WEAK now... *EDITED*
EDIT: IF YOUR CAR IS TUNED, AN ECU UPDATE WILL TURN THE CLOCK BACK TO STOCK... BE CAREFUL. NOBODY TOLD ME... MANAGER CALLED ME. COOL GUY. will update again after i have time to run a diagnostic. - Took my 2011 GTI in for a recall (nothing major, just a software update)... Tune up was done at 4:59 (They close at 5)... Note, it has had a lot of work done to it at PHP in Joplin... i.e... Stage 2 APR K04, downpipe, Godspeed intercooler, etc. I drive off of the lot and i have board lights on, one of which is the motor. My car is WEAK and slower than a 1.6 honda. My turbo gauge needle HAS NOT HIT 15 OR EVEN 10 POUNDS OF BOOST SINCE THEN... EVEN ON THE HIGHWAY. I was also given a quick inspection list where everything was checked as "does not need replaced"... This was a lie however because i KNOW for a fact my front (Porsche) brakes need changed on it. I have no way to prove my concern so whatever, sometimes you just take an asswhooping for taking your car in close to closing time when everyone just wants to leave.

Kind people, Great car
I bought a car from Jeff Taylor and the entire experience was easy and fast. The car is amazing and everyone at Napleton was great to work with. Jeff stayed later than needed just to help me find the perfect car. I would recommended buying a car from Jeff and Napleton to anyone.

Great service and no pressure sales
Scheduled a service appointment, and they were right on time. One of the few punctual experiences I’ve had at a dealership. Spent some time after that talking to J.R. who was super helpful. Wasn’t able to work out a deal that day, but he’s been nothing but a class act since keeping me updated with options all while never pressuring me to get something done. Again, not something I can say for many dealerships. Would recommend.

Stress free
I spent probably an entire month freaking out about buying a new car. They explained everything so simply and legitimately wanted to help me find a car within my price range that I would actually like. I never felt forced into a vehicle and I feel very good about the decision I made. They've definitely gained me as a returning customer.
