Great car!

Jeff and Bill were great to work with! Jeff worked hard to get me in the car I wanted, and Bill made the financing piece quick and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Honest!

i went in and traded my lexus and upgraded to a new lexus Napelton had in their used car lot. Josh promptly came out to me with keys to the vehicle i was interested and took me on a test drive. he gave me the info on the vehicle as we drove. i had previously gotten my car appraised at different dealerships around town, and Josh and napelton auto were willing to compromise in a professional and logistical manner. Josh in particular guided me through every step of the process, told me what to avoid and what i may benefit from but allowed me to fully make my decisions. i walked out of napelton with my newer lexus very satisfied with my experience in buying my vehicle. Josh is going to get you taken care of with YOU in mind before himself, and is a very honest and honorable salesman.

Great sales and dealership

Noah Davis has been working with me on the phone and email to find the right SUV for me. I finally made it in to the dealership in person after moving and was very pleased with Noah's knowledge about the SUV I chose. He was very pleasant, courteous and helpful with all our needs. He even connected my phone to the car.

Bad Customer Experience

Very unorganized dealership and unqualified salesman. I went in on a Friday about noon and saw a vehicle I wanted and they inspected and drove my truck. I said I needed to leave town Saturday and asked for a call that afternoon to give me a trade price. I heard nothing until late Saturday morning- I liked the price so I delayed my plans and visited the dealership. I made a deal and, since the finance guy was busy, I said I would run an errand and be back in an hour to pick the vehicle up and for them to please have it ready to go. When I returned nothing had been done, not gassed up and no finance work although I had completed a long manual application ( they weren’t even computerized). Because I had to leave, they let me take the new vehicle and to return Monday to sign the papers. I called Monday morning and made an appointment. When I got there, no one had told the finance department so I had to return the next day. Then no instructions on use of the new vehicle and no subsequent follow up by the salesman since. In my initial visit, the salesperson could not answer many of my questions about the vehicle and we had to look through manuals to get the answers. Salesman asked if I wanted water but all he had was a case of warm water on the floor in his office. I’ve bought probably fourty cars but this was one of worst dealer experiences. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Thank you for the review. We are always appreciative of feedback so we can improve our processes. Unfortunately when you came in on Saturday our computers and printers were knocked off line from storms and they were still down for part of the day on Monday. When you called on Monday to come in and finish paperwork there were many customers in the same position from the weekend and the finance director was busy all day with customers. It is also our practice to go over names and addresses for paperwork and registrations in person so as to not have to do all the paperwork twice. Many customers have special requests for the names and orders on documentation and we have found that in the interest in customers time it is better to wait for their presence. It seems that when you arrived for our appointment another customer was about halfway through the process so the best we could do was assure that you were next in line. We apologize that your vehicle was not fully explained to you on delivery. If you would like to stop in some time we will have our best technology trainer go through the systems for you. I know you have been very short on time every time you were here so please allow us about 30 minutes to do a thorough delivery for you. Thank you for your business, Management team

A great experience!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. No pressure. Overall a great experience! Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Staff really went all out to make me happy!

Great service & great car.

As a dealer, Noah Davis was awesome. He wasn’t trying to push me on a new car, knowing that I came in with one in mind, and the overall experience was very pleasant and comfortable. As a dealership overall, the service was very nice, although I did feel a little pressured to finance throigh them, it all came out gold stars. At the end of the day, I walked away with the car I came in for and a pleasant experience. I’d recommend this dealership and dealer to just about anyone who asked.

Quick and easy

A very relaxing environment that made our purchase quick, easy and painless. The most difficult part was signing the paperwork. Even that was laid back.

Great Service

Very professional staff and service technicians. Was greeted promptly on arrival and Andrew explained what would be done. Service was performed as stated and car was washed and returned in great shape. Was offered a ride but I chose to wait for service. Highly recommend this service dept.

INCREDIBLE; SIMPLE; EFFICIENT

I started looking for cars November 2018. I had been to multiple dealerships around Missouri and had the most awful experience. I was hesitant at first about going to Napleton, but I am beyond thankful that I did. Noah reached out to me very quickly and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Noah had the cars I was inquiring up front and ready to go when I arrived on my lunch break to test drive them. Never once did anyone try to talk me out of the vehicle I was wanting and persuade me to into a different one. During financing I was not pressured to add on additional warranty packages like other dealerships. The experience as a whole was outstanding and I am a proud owner of a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta SEL from Napleton Volkswagen of Springfield.
