Service writers are very friendly and helpful. Being a senior citizen I really appreciate free tire rotation on ladies wednesdays. The guys check to see whats needed for the car and work with you about getting it done.

1st time ever buying from a dealership and having a trade in. They were fairly priced to begin with, gave me a fair value on my trade in, and worked with me to get to a comprmisable price point. Zero pressure what so ever, very laid back and friendly. I've always. een terrified to step into a dealership and they walked me through every concern I had talked me through the process broke down payment and add on options. Highly recommend especially if it's your 1st time and you dont want to get the wool pulled over your eyes like some places. Real honest genuine people, very happy I made the decision

From the first phone call till the minute Ron Jones handed me the keys to my new VW Beetle, I felt like I was his only customer. I told him what I wanted. He had two vehicles parked at the front door of the dealership with I arrived. I merely had to say, "That's the one!" It couldn't have been any easier. A pleasant buying experience all the way around.

I was very impressed when Ron met me in the parking lot while I was looking at a Jetta TDI. He was very knowledgeable and kind. For once someone actually took their job seriously and I was impressed. He knew the cars that came in that weren't even ready yet. I will definitely recommend this dealer in the future.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Rec'd appropriate loaner, appt. time, and promptness. Service was excellent except they did not calibrate tire pressures as I would have liked after rotation tires. This sounds "catty" but just wasn't the upscale treatment and environment of other locations I've used. I do recommend and will use again - very good service location, just not quite full 5 stars
