I was looking for a Rav4 and I ended up talking with Dan Reese. He explained the differences with each of the models and options. I ended up deciding on the all wheel drive. Buyers Beware!!! Please make sure to check all of your paperwork before signing anything with this place. Especially with this place. I've never in my life dealt with such a "unorganized" organization in my life or better known as scam artist. Here's what happened. I went in one day and we worked on prices with my sales guy. We couldn't come to an agreement so I left. A few days later I returned to discuss prices again and we came to an agreement, handshake and all. As I start to sign the paperwork I notice they were having me sign the original worksheet with the original prices that we didn't agree on. After pointing that out, handed over the correct worksheet and I was so excited to be getting my truck. As I'm filling out some paperwork, finance pulls me back in and says "sorry but we can't offer you the interest rate that you had been approved for. Needless to say, I walked out and will NEVER return to those shady jokers.

I just purchased my first BRAND NEW car. I was so nervous, but Koons Toyota of Annapolis made the entire process simple and put me at ease. The salesman that I worked with (Emanuel Persaud) was great! I stopped in on a Friday to see if they had the car I was looking for--they didn't have the exact car, but Emanuel assured me that he would find it for me. I test drove the same model and loved it! During the test drive Emanuel told me about all of the features in the car. After the test drive, he took down my contact information and let me know that he would be in touch as soon as he found the car I was looking for... it took 2 days, pretty quick! I returned to the dealership once the car was brought in, it was perfect! I never felt pressured during the process, and they made the entire experience so easy! I left with the car I had been looking at for months, and now I can't stop smiling! I love it! I would recommend this dealership and everyone that I worked with in the process to everyone!

Great experience, professional staff. Sales and finance listened to what I wanted and helped me make informed decision. Pricing very competitive, in fact effectively so that I decided not to visit another dealership to compare prices. Salesperson made my trip very easy, and got down to business as I already knew what I wanted. I appreciated the personal conversation and discussion of car features, etc. There was no uncomfortable pressure, especially when I indicated that I'd be leaving to check into another dealership, they were confident on their prices. Finance manager was equally respectful and informative, and spent time discussing available service/warranty options, and didn't go down any avenues of questioning my judgement when I was not interested in an offering, in fact he took the time assessing my situation and values (I'm fairly utilitarian on cars) to discuss what options would not benefit me. Picking up the car the day after, the car was pulled up clean and ready to go, the lady in the front greeted me by name (don't ask me how she knew), and the salesman met me at the door to quickly walk through remaining steps. Finance manager left the middle of a deal with another customer to have me sign some paperwork to get me quickly on my way with the new car (which I appreciated!) Product specialist was eager to sit in the car with me to show me all the features, etc but I was in a hurry and had to tell him I needed to go (he was disappointed). All around great service from all involved! General manager stepped in to make sure I was getting taken care of etc, very respectful folks.

Yesterday we purchased a beautiful new crimson red Avalon Limited. Our time spent with salesman, Neal Barrett was very pleasant. In fact he turned the car-buying process into a positive experience. The car has so many new electronic bells and whistles! Neal took the time to make sure our phones were connected to Bluetooth and radio stations were set before we pulled away from the dealership. He also encouraged us to return anytime if we needed guidance on any of the features. He even offered to have the car washed at the dealership any morning he's there! We are returning customers and were most pleased with this current purchase and everyone we came in contact with at Koons!

I got great customer service from koons of Annapolis from Alex Chambers made me feel comfortable gave me very great information about the type of car that I wanted that came to be true facts any also highlighted and pointed that they are also different styles in varieties of the type of that I was looking for I was honestly looking for one that was faster than my friends after being pumped up about the different varieties engines and what engines are in certain cars he had such a correct knowledge of knowing everything about the car even after I asked him about another one I'm sold he's one of the best the easiest to work with and Makes you leave the place with a smile and always let you know you should enjoy what you drive five stars to Alex Chambers the greatest car salesman in this modern era where you can use the internet to buy cars...

He was able to get me the exact car that I wanted within 24 hours and the entire experience felt like I was dealing with a team that truly cared about their customers. I felt as though they would provide the same great level of care and dedication whether someone is buying a brand new car loaded with all the options, or the cheapest car on the lot. Viktor Beshidze worked within the guidelines of my budget to create the best possible finance options with me, and Suheil Katan's years of expertise were very apparent with his dedication to providing a great customer experience with his team. Overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them for friends and family, as I felt they cared more about making a customer for life rather than a quick buck.
