Let`s dismiss any preconceived notion about car buying and car salesmen, just make sure you ask for Mauricio Bahamondez in Sales and Tyrone Cypress in Financing at Annapolis Toyota. I had a recurring issue with the access door for my 2007 Tacoma - I had brought it in unable to open the door or even access it and it was repaired. Three weeks later the door jammed again, I called Donald and he made sure that the same tech worked on this door, and together they fixed it without needing to replace parts, at no charge and showed me how I could handle this in the future without needing to bring the truck in. He noticed I had bought a cabin air filter and took it upon himself to install it for me as I checked out. He went above and beyond the customer service role. Great Job.
