Very Understanding

Brandon was a great help. I had wrecked my car about a mile away and knew the car was totaled. I had already thought about purchasing a new car because it had over 81,000 miles on it. Channel 9 news had raved about Buicks being such a good car which inspired me. Brandon had actually viewed my accident on the way into work. Florence Police had given me a ride to the dealership. I had lost my hat in the process. While we were test driving the car, we stopped at Krogers to pick one up. He couldn't have been more helpful. He also took me to my insurance agent. We even went to Smith's Towing in Erlanger to get my personal items. Brandon really deserves 5 stars.
