I brought my 2017 sprinter in for a check engine light, my service adviser who was Anthony J. By far the most professional, friendly , knowledgeable adviser i have had for the last 3 years. He went through not only the work performed, offered me some insight on future repairs that were coming up. He continues to make sure that when i drop my van off that im not concerned one bit on if the work is done correct. he keeps me updated on every new and current progress for repairs. I will only bring my van to him.

Leased a S65 coupe last year. The service team was going to put on a protective coat on the exterior. They did a sloppy exterior and totally oiled up the beautiful interior despite expressly instructing them not the touch the insides. The leadership of the dealership didn't even accord the courtesy of meeting me. Instead, they tried to involve pushy service manager who told me that it is "standard practice to also protect the interior". After leaving in their shop for about a month after leasing and paying over $5000/month lease at my expense, I had no choice but to take the car without the satisfaction of the investment. Instead of a new car smell, I have a oily old car restoration look and feel. The sales guys Mike Nazari and Vikram Giroh were great but the leadership and the service staff are the worst I've ever experienced. I've been a Mercedes loyalist for 20 years having leased several high end cars.
