I had an absolutely horrible experience with Autobahn when my e63 AMG was in for some work. The communication was terrible from beginning to end and is the main reason for multiple missteps and more than a month in the shop trying to deal with the fallout. The SA didn't do basic due diligence on the intake, the initial diagnosis was questionable, I was told all issues were resolved with one aspect when they weren't, they claimed all the work I had just had done was exactly what was needed again, they tried to up-sell me on a solution that wasn't needed and was roughly 8K in labor charges , and more. I honestly think this was a communication issue and someone not asking the right questions or having a tech with the right level of experience working on the car, but you expect when you take a higher end car in they would put the better people on it. Definitely soured on the service department and likely going to find a different dealership for the next purchase because of it.

My only complaint is that no one other than my service consultant was wearing a mask during the Covid 19 situation

My only disappointment is that I need 4 new tires My car was purchased new in November 2017 and it has 26,099 miles on it - I would think the tires that came with the car should have lasted longer.

Autobohn Moters is the reason I continue to buy Mercedes-Benz. Although I?ve owned numerous Mercedes they are the car I am most comfortable in and I love the way they drive the feel of the steering wheel makes me feel I have total control of the road

A rat decided to take up residence somewhere in my brand new car and then died. The smell was off the charts so took it into Autobahn Motors. As I am new to Mercedes, this was my first experience with their service department. I braced myself as my previous car was an Audi and the service they provided declined every time I went in. To my delight, there is not one thing I could ask Autobahn Service to improve on. The service technician (Mark) was exactly what you want a tech to be, dealt with my insurance company for me, kept me updated, was responsive and genuine. My car was there for just over a month and they let me keep the loaner car the whole time! I will buy MB again just based on this experience. Go here if you need anything done to your MB!

My GL 450 had to be taken in because of an airbag recall. I didn?t feel comfortable driving the car around with my kids in the car knowing that metal shards could potentially dislodge from the faulty airbag. I had plans on taking my car in when the parts came in but the covid-19 shelter in place ordinance came about during that time, Autobahn Motors was able to pick up my car from my house, fix it and deliver it back to me all without me having to leave the house. Excellent customer service and obviously cares about people! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a car (that?s where we got the car in the first place) and/or to service your car.
