Autobahn motors went the extra step to make sure I had the greatest car buying experience possible. I flew in from Seattle to San Francisco purchase this CLA, and they even picked me up from the airport. They got me in and out quickly, and I felt perfectly comfortable that they were giving me the best deal possible. Special shout out to Winnie Chen, the saleswoman who helped me through the entire process from the first online inquiry, to shaking my hand at the end of the deal. She was awesome and added so many positive factors to my car buying experience. I might not have been willing to fly all the way to SF if it weren't for her. I would recommend Autobahn to anybody inside, or outside of San Francisco.

The team at Autobahn is efficient, informative and take the time to answer questions without making you feel like an idiot. Comfortable waiting area and a nice clean car delivered to me completed an excellent experience. This was the first service on my 2019 car. Thanks to the staff in service.

I will say that I have been to many Mercedes dealerships in my adult life and none compare with Autobahn. Johnny Lam is the most attentive and thorough Service Advisor and along with the rest of the Team there, I feel like I am the ONLY customer. Johnny knows how to ensure any appointments I have are sorted out in advance so I am in and out of there. The couple of times I have said I was dropping by for a quick item, Johnny accommodated me. Between Johnny Lam and Ernesto (when it’s time for a new car), I can’t go wrong. Truly Service with a Smile AND Results.

First time rater (of anything). The team at AutoBahn was amazing. Some things were expected, scheduling in a convenient time, loaner services, detailed conversation of potential issues and possible solutions and costs. What was unexpected, was to arrive to pick up the car and have my mechanic meet me, go over the repairs and provide me with an invoice that was free of any charges. I had purchased a third party insurance when I leaded the vehicle, the mechanic did all the research, filed the claim, completed to work and all I had to do was pick up the car. I am always so surprised when I bring my car in for any type of service. This team is always so professional, polite and on top of things. Well done, the after purchase service support is top notch.

I just took my GLC300 in for its third service. I continue to be impressed the high level of efficient and professional service they deliver. Even though there are service dealers closer to my home, I will drive the extra distance to go to Autobahn motors to service my Mercedes. Keep up the great work!
