Great experience with easy process from Start to finish

The whole experience was very smooth. Samer, one of the employee, was very helpful and very detailed.

I was getting a repair completed. They were quick and efficient. I do think the new relocated service department is alittle awkward but manageable.

Service advisor did not adequately explain my concerns regarding loss of air pressure in three tires, radar requiring cleaning, and did not return my phone messages when I requested a shuttle ride back to the dealership.

Ernesto at Autobahn made the trade-in and purchase experience about as pain free as it gets. Also, the gentleman who helped us in the finance department was excellent and clearly explained things with no high pressure tactics to buy products/services we did not need.

Friendly and helpful. First time to get a care call from salesman, Mr.Franz Krieg, to make sure everything was working fine and that we were happy with the car. Concierge service ,Mike Isip,told me that if I needed more instructions with the gadgets of the car, he would come to our house to help us. Very impressed with their service.
