Good Service
good customer service. The adviser always has smile on her face. Good quality of repairs, and good facilities. Everything done is clearly shown on the bill. Provide loaner to customer is also good for customer to save time. I like the service opens on Saturday and is better to fit my schedule.

Owner
Mr. Joe Thompson was very much to the point with our demands. We did not need a lot of repairs, Notwithstanding ,he was courteous and respectful of our own time restraints. The service department looked at our complaint. but could not find much to fix. At his suggestion we followed up with another small request, and again he showed us nothing but respect. In our opinion, he was always very professional and friendly. with a visit to have a minor repair fixed, and, again, he was thoughtful and courteous.

Terrible customer service
After bringing my Mercedes 350GL to Autobahn for six years, I will not be returning. I brought my car in for its 60K service check two weeks ago. At pickup, we were told the car was in excellent condition (we paid for 2 new tires and a few other things that came to $2K). A week later, my family left for Tahoe, only to discover upon arrival a large amount of liquid leaking under the car when we parked at our cabin. We thought it was oil, yet later found out it was power steering fluid. I tried to reach my service personell, Nick (also the new Service Manager) several times to see whether he had a recommendation for somewhere to take the car up in Tahoe, and also to check what our extended warranty (purchased through AutoBahn) covered. No response the first day, even though I was told he was on site. The second day, we made three calls over a three hour period and was repeatedly told someone would return our call in 5 minutes. Never happened. We independently found someone who would agree to look at the car in Tahoe (not an easy task), who was now telling us we had $7k worth of damage to the car. Cracked axle, engine mounts, entire power steering replacement amongst a few other things. All of which I believe should have been noticed a week earlier when my car was up on the rack. None of this was mentioned at AutoBahn. 24 hours after our first call into AutoBahn, we started to get phone calls, first from a couple of very pleasant service technicians (Mel being one, lost track of names after that), and during one of these calls, we were told that in fact, they HAD noticed these three major issues but felt it wasn't important to tell us about them. When Nick finally called, he initially tried to insist that he had told my husband about them when they shook hands at pickup. Not so - and there is no mention of any of these things on our invoice. He prides himself on being "conservative", yet we do not feel that holding back this information, and letting me drive my children around with these problems is responsible or safe. He suggested people in our "area" don't like to spend money before they have to...so I guess this is his way of saving clients money and losing money for AutoBahn. We will be moving service centers.
