Great
My experience was very positive. Our salesman, Ali, immediately picked up on the fact that I did not want a lot of upgrades so he did not waste our time pushing fancy headlights or snazzy wheels. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. When we picked up the car we did have to wait rather a long time to complete the process but I put that down to the fact that they had just moved from their old building and were operating out of temporary mobile units. I put it down to teething problems with printers not working properly etc. Overall we were very pleased.

Outstanding service staff located the problem, solved it.
This is the first time I've brought my SL550 to this dealership. Car was vibrating at 60+ mph.I was very impressed with the speed and correctness they found and corrected the problem. Their Certified Service Advisor, Ernie Nolasco was particularly knowledgable and customer sensitive. I certainly will use this Dealership for my future service needs for my SL and also our S500.

Excellent service from Mell Vaillancourt.
I went to the cashier to pay for my repair. Mell came out to the cashier without the paging service. I presume he always keep an eye out on who is coming to pick up the car. He explained to me what services have been performed on my car. He is the best. He followed through his work. He even give me his mobile number if I need to contact him. I have been customer with Autobaun for 16 years. I saw the Autobaun building erected. I bought my 1st Mercedes with them at year 2000. I have been bringing all my Mercedes to Autobaun for services. They are demolishing the current building now. I am looking forward to visit the new building.

Service? Not important. Making Money? Absolutely!
As soon as the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty expired, they found all sorts of things wrong with my car. $10,000 worth of items to be repaired! When speaking with the "Service Manager" about it he simply said: "Mercedes are not ment to be driven past 60,000K - If you wanted a car to have for 10 or 15 years without high priced repairs, you should have bought a Japanese Car"
