it will be nice when the appointment was emailed to me will mentioned that the location of the new service department has been relocated, even when I called the service dept. to change the appointment, no mentioned of the change of location.

Could improve customer service
I brought my car in for a routine service. At drop-off, I waited almost 15 minutes for a service advisor to assist me. My assigned service advisor was with another customer, but he never acknowledged me even though I was standing nearby. When I asked for a substitute advisor, I was told "everyone is busy," without an apology. I went to Autobahn because my usual dealership in Palo Alto closed. Even though the Palo Alto location was small, I miss their friendly staff.

Service was fine, just did not understand why a tire could not be fixed.(nail in tire) was told if not purchased at Mercedes they could not fix problem.

Premature Maintenance
I brought my car in prematurely for service. I was later contacted @ home by the Service Advisor, and then the Warranty Manager that it was too soon to service my vehicle, and not to waste my prepaid maintenance service contract which would have used up my final service. I appreciate the "heads-up" phone call from both people and their honest appproach to doing business. They did the courtesy mullt-point inspection and wash and vacuumed my car without any charge. This is truly a first class dealer with great personnel.
