Guess what - I left the place with a brand new ( not preowned) car even better priced. I had my service representative, Juan Dominguez who was so delightful and made sure that the problems I had with my car were fixed - he was so very great in explaining all the various functions of my new car - thank you Juan The temporary facility is not really very good - new one will be completed I understand in about 2 years.

Highly satisfied. Brought my car ahead of my appointment but work began at once and completed on time as promised. All employees were professionals in particular my service advisor and the certified technician.

While the dealership is getting renovated, they are using a make-shift site with trailers in place of offices. That said, their customer service did no suffer. What I appreciated the most was their constant communication with my by phone and by text. While I had to wait a little longer to pickup my car since they had not finished washing it, they kept reassuring me that it should be ready any minute as they checked on it for me. It was well worth the wait.

The sales people here are great. Gave me really useful information I need. I contacted them a couple times before I went to the dealership. I also contacted other dealers. The price here seems competitive. But still You get to negotiate price with them. In the end they gave me pretty reasonable price. I'm happy.
