Got a response for the review we've left a few days ago, which seemed to be from the sales manager. He asked that we call and talk to him to address the issue. The number was a "not working" number. We found his correct number on the website, called, left a message that clearly says what it was about. We have yet to get a call back from him. Not sure if that was just a gesture to claim they care or ....

Jaime Romero was our sales rep.
Jaime Romero was our sales rep. he was very pleasant and accommodating. We had problems programming our garage door with the car and he went over and above to try and help us. We finally got it to work. The finance manager Albert Gorelik was also a pleasure to deal with. Our only negative was the wait time to see the finance manager.

We purchased a certified Mercedes.
We purchased a certified Mercedes. We presented as very easy going customers. We just trusted the sales person and the person in finance that the car is "certified" and everything has been checked. No problem was disclosed at the time of purchase. It is almost one month, and during this time, we have found several issues and non-functional parts on the car, including the "navigation pad", the USB ports (none of which is functional). Additionally, on the day of purchase, the finance took forever to take us in and finish the work. After providing feedback to MB of USA as per the request that was sent to us, no one attempted to contact us and address any problem. That is a shame.
