I cannot express enough how terrible my experience has been working for Sonic Automotive. While performing my duties as a car salesman, I was involved in a serious accident during a test drive. Instead of supporting me in any meaningful way, the company completely disregarded my well-being. Despite suffering a broken neck due to an incident that occurred on the job, Sonic Automotive refused to put me on paid leave. Instead, they expected me to return to work while still recovering from a catastrophic injury. As a result of their negligence, I am now partially paralyzed, and rather than providing me with the support I deserve, they placed me on unpaid leave—effectively abandoning me during the most difficult time of my life. This company’s complete lack of care for their employees is beyond appalling. They prioritize profits over people, showing zero concern for the health and safety of their staff. If you're considering working for Sonic Automotive, I urge you to think twice. No job is worth putting your life and well-being at risk, especially for a company that will discard you the moment you are no longer useful to them. Avoid this company at all costs—whether as an employee or a customer. Their disregard for basic human decency is truly shameful.

Excellent customer service. Richard Villanueva went above and beyond in helping locate the car (color and packages) we were looking for, explaining all the features of the car and was extremely patient through the lease signing and post sale process as well even though it was well beyond the store closing hours. Amin was really great at keeping the negotiation process was very straight forward and honest without unnecessary back and forth. It so happened that this was our third successful sale that worked out with Amin!
