I recently drove 130 miles to go see a car for sale at the Autobahn Motors dealership outside of San Francisco. I called that morning and told them when to expect me in order to facilitate the potential purchase and work around with social distancing. The sales person I expected to work with turned me over to another individual who turned me over to another individual before I was handed off to the finance manager. I loved the car, was pre qualified through my bank to purchase the car and yet it took almost 4 hours to facilitate the sale. I brought a male friend with me as my husband was out of town. I had several questions about the car and was told to wait in the waiting room. After waiting about 20 minute I find the service manager talking to my friend outside by the car, instead of coming to get me to discuss my questions with me. The finance manager was rude and the sales agent was who knows where through this whole process. Since I purchased the car I have been asked to leave a review. I contacted the dealership to go over my concerns without anyone contacting me back. Then I receive a request for a new review regarding the service of the vehicle that wasn't serviced. So here is my review and what I think of the dealership!

Lease Signing

Everything was fine except for the long wait to sign the leasing papers, which over an hour....very frustrating. The wait for the finance guy was way too long.

Excellent advice from the service personnel

Johnny Lam gave me excellent advice on how best to deal with a bumper issue during my scheduled service appointment. I also appreciate his good advice on the usage of MB during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Excellent Car Buying Experience.

I can not say enough about our experience purchasing our car at Auto Bahnn Motors in Belmont Ca. From the internet Sales Development Mgr. Dwight Brisco,our salesman Faroz Nabizada, and the Finance Manger , the experience was one that every person purchasing a car should have at least ONE TIME in their car purchasing life! On Shopping during Covid 19: * In this time of uncertainty that we are going through going out and purchasing a car had me a bit nervous., but from the first moment walking through the doors that uneasiness was put to rest. They have done everything there from the sanitizing of cars, safe distancing, sanitizing stations, all staff wearing mask (all customers have to as well), to the sanitizing of pens.. On My Trade In: * Three words.....Fair And Honest! To summarize: Great Car Buying Experience. RR .

PRIOR REVIEW OF SERVICE

I originally posted a negative review on here about my prior service. The next day I received a call from Nick Serrano the service manager. After speaking with him and having him address my concerns I returned my vehicle to the service department and all the issues were handled. Because of Nicks immediate response and the nature of the way he handled things my faith in good customer service was restored. This showed me that they definitely want to provide good customer service and are determined to make the customer happy..

I am happy with the work that was completed. The service advisor was very helpful and polite. All the Workers on floor, renting car, and cashier were polite.

long time customer

We are now owning our 4 or 5th car purchased from Autobahn and are completely satisfied. The sales representative Joseph Assemi, makes the whole purchasing/leasing process painless, efficient and cost effective. The same can be said about Johnny Lam in the service department. He knows his business, takes care of problems and is a joy to work with.
