The only place I'd bring my Mercedes to! They have great...

The only place I'd bring my Mercedes to! They have great technicians and service advisors. If you want the best of the best service, request Christian Rosier or Jerry Wong to work on your car. Jimmy Ho and Anthony Jayakoddy are great service advisors. They've worked on my car in the last 2 services and the car is perfect. The only place I'd trust for my car to be serviced at!

MY GLK-350

We have brought our 2012 MB GLK350 to the Autoban Motor last Saturday due the battary problem. The service advisor Joe Leung was very nice and professional and we are very happy with the job they have done! Thank you guys!

Great experience leasing a car

The team at Autobahn were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. John, Harrison and Fuad were friendly and did their best to work with me on leasing my car. They followed through even after the purchase was done for several days to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. In fact I already did and she got her car from them as well.

would not honor mercedes benz mailer flyer for $75 credit...

would not honor mercedes benz mailer flyer for $75 credit offered for airbag replacement. when the recall fliers first starting coming out, I would call then be told no airbags yet. a waste of time so I stopped responding to the fliers until the $75 credit showed up. I told the person when I made the appointment that I had a flier and they said to bring it in. when I get there and present it, the service rep says it may be expired although there is no expiration date on it except 75 days after receipt. he then provides a printout to dealers saying that the offer the expired last year but which also said it expires 75 days upon physical receipt by customer - I had received it only a month or two ago. Dealership directed me to call mercedes benz corp. when I call corp, said it was up to dealership to honor. then mercedes benz rep stated he would get me $50 credit. In the mean time, received an unsolicited quote for $11k for other repairs the dealership stated my car needed. hard to trust the integrity of a dealership with $11k worth of repairs when they won’t honor an $25 difference.

My service advisor was Josh. He was read and waiting for me on time. he was prepared and new what was scheduled to service on this visit. AT the middle of the day he advised me about some additional items that he recommended to be addressed, and I didd. overall, great service.
