Leasing Experience Plus
This was my second lease and even better than 3 years ago all done this time without me ever leaving my home! The communication between myself and the dealership via phone and email over a few days went smoothly as did the delivery of the car and taking the previous leased car back. Everyone I worked with was very professional and most helpful. It was the best "getting a new car experience" I've ever had!

Good service. But how do I know?
Valet service. Pickup drop-off. Totally cool. Then they send me a survey asking how they did. How would I know? Send the survey a few days after I get the car dudes.

I brought my car in on Thursday before 9:30, because...
I brought my car in on Thursday before 9:30, because Anthony had called to say that the car would be fixed that day, the windshield swapped and the glue needed a night to settle. My car would be washed and I could pick it up next day afternoon. When I picked it up at 5:30pm next day, you service member just drove from the street onto the car park. When asked it turned out they had only fixed Two hours earlier . It was still dirty and couldn’t be washed as the glue had to settle until next day. Stick to your commitments.

SL550 Repair
Autobahn set my appointment promptly, and provided loaner. Service adviser Johnny Lam kept me informed of the work performed. Car was ready when promised. I would definitely used Autobahn to service my MBZ.

Excellent customer service as usual even with a major pandemic in effect. I am very satisfied with the service as usual they always go above and beyond.
