Let's start with our interaction with the manager. He made us feel as though he wasn't interested in selling us a car, almost as if he was doing us a favor. Even after we settled on the car and its price, he added some unexpected charges and seemed uninterested in negotiating with us. Additionally, after few days coming back, we had another disappointing experience with the individual in the parts department. I don't recall his name, but he was quite rude. We waited a long time before another staff member approached us to assist me If it weren't for the salesperson, we might not have even considered purchasing a car from this dealer. I'm truly not satisfied with our experience."

Do you want my biggest pet peeve is being misled and I was definitely misled. I asked for a remote start and was told the remote starts are now only on your phone in an app that is not true. Also, I was never told that I would have to pay for the remote start, I only get a trial very very disappointed. I don’t do repeat business with companies like that.

Open in App Back Sharon C.’s Reviews Joe Rizza AcuraAuto Repair, Auto Parts & Supplies, Body Shops One hour ago I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Rizza Acura in Orland Park Spring 2023. The experience was not the same the 2nd time around. I traded in my 1st vehicle and that vehicle was sold to auction in the state of Wisconsin with the plates still on the vehicle. Now I am getting citations from Milwaukee and risk suspension of my license because the plates were not properly destroyed as I had been informed. I am now left to figure this out as I have yet to receive a call back from the GM Mr. Pat Dazal. This is not good customer service and seems to be an avoidance.  I would not recommend doing business with them as this is not acceptable and very unprofessional. This is not how you build mutual relationships.

I was very pleased with the overall deal.

I was very pleased with the overall deal. The sales person and manager were great. The finance person was very rude and condescending. I know it was late but he was not nice at all.
