Bill Kassanitz went above & beyond in finding a vehicle that fit my needs & financial capabilities. I have never purchased a car on my own and if it wasn’t for Bill, I would have been a psychological wreck. Robert is a very helpful young man, kind and helpful to me. Doug made the financial paperwork quick and hassle free. I got a great car and worked with the best Rizza staff anyone could ever hope for.

You guys were good during the sale .

You guys were good during the sale . But afterwards treated me as I didn’t exist. Tony was as rude as they come . Never again will I do business with you.

I have an excellent credit rating. I ask for 72 months to pay off car loan. I was given 75 months so Joe Rizza Acura coukd collect more money. I was charfes a 9.88% rate for a 2016 acura rdx that cost $25,000+. I made a down payment that brought sale down to $19,000. "Are you making a down payment and uf yes how much" was the 3rd questioned asked of ne and then the skimming started to raise the cist up to $29,000+ at 75 years. Slicksters!!!!

Great car but needed 2400.

Great car but needed 2400.00 worth of work after the purchase. Not what is expected out of an Acura dealer.

Tom, Len and Tony as well as the finance man (can’t recall his name at the moment), took their time with us. The dealership has an A+ Service Department. I loved my 2016 RDX that I traded in for a 2023 MDX which I am loving to drive!
