great service, love the coffee and Charlotte
The service is fine, i did have a not so good experience with the cashier. She need to have a better attitude, am sorry she the part i hate to deal with. I have reported this to the service manager. Beside that part, everything else is excellent. Charlotte is very pleasant to deal with. I look forward to seeing her when I come.

emergency repairs
got us in for service in an emergency situation and still provided a loaner car. repair done on time and car is always clean when we pick it up. Also the phone call describing the work needed is professional.

Great service, very nice people
Very nice people to work with. No pressure at all. We were welcomed to see the car often and to check it out. All the test drives ran smooth and the paperwork to buy the car went very fast once we wanted it. Very nice people at the dealership. Thanks!

150,000 mile service on 2003 Acura TL
Having the loaner car is most helpful and important. I appreciate the service manager making the effort to do the airbag upgrade/recall at the time of my scheduled service during the holiday so I didn't need to schedule another appt.
