Great Experience -- I will be back for my future cars.
Bought 2012 Acura TL (Certified) This was my first experience buying a car, and it was a smooth painless experience. I will certainly be recommending the dealer as well as Matt Shipanik. Everything was on my terms, I was never rushed or pushed at any point during my purchase.

OIl Change
I was able to get an appointment on short notice. I was brought in on time and was in and out on time. The customer waiting area was comfortable and clean. The checking process was quick, friendly and complete.

best dealership in midwest
I have been going to Joe Rizza Acura Since 1990's I used to own two Acura Legend first followed by Acura MDX in2003,then again Acura MDX in 2008 then my son bought Acura RDX .I keep going back to Acura For there great sales people least to mention Denise the best who cares and sells cars with personal attention, I keep buying Acura as I like service advisors MATT and Charlotte who have serviced my cars for million years and it is always a pleasure to visit them.

great service & facilities
Our salesperson, Donna was very helpful & has followed up with us to see how the car is doing. The finance manager John & manager Omar were also helpful during our time there. We greatly appreciated meeting the staff in the service department because we have had a long term relationship with our Honda dealer and desire the same with our new Acura.

Great service as usual
I always receive courteous service from this dealership and they go above and beyond to make sure that my car is serviced properly. I have owned may cars and have gone to other dealerships as well but Joe Rizza Acura is the best.

Pleasant People to do business with.
Everyone is very nice and Dennise I great, gt to chat with her for a few minutes even though she is not in the sales department. Matt and Charlotte are always pleasant but I do miss John Maloris and when I am ready to buy a car again, I am not sure what I will do because I really trusted John to give me the best deal and I knew he was totally honest.

I liked dealing with Ike Mohamed so much I came back and bought my second car with Acura this year (2014 MDX and 2015 TLX). Ike is the best. Give that man a raise.
