Great People - Great Service

I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orland Park (after finding them online) which was another hour from there on Saturday evening in terrible traffic. Got there around 5 pm. Salesperson Jon was amazing. He listened to us and tried to work the numbers and the deal. I was impressed by their customer service having encountered a totally opposite behavior at Downtown Acura on Elston earlier in the day. I came to buy a used car but they gave me an irresistible deal on the new ILX. They closed the deal even though it was way past their closing time and never for a second hurried me into anything. Courteous people who actually love their job - hard to find in this business; mostly car salesperson are pushy. Even though me and most of my friends live in the northern suburbs, I'd still highly recommend Joe Rizza to everybody. Trust me, its worth the drive.

Joe Rizza Acura - The place to buy an Acura!!!

This is my 4th Acura MDX and each time the people at Joe Rizza Acura have been great. The sales people bend over backwards to be helpful as do the service people. Just a great experience.

Great service team, clean facility

I had doubled booked myself that morning and once Chris was aware of my situation he made sure I made my next appointment. I appreciated his efforts and his genuine concern to make sure I was on time for my next appointment.

Great Dealer!

Paul is amazing! He worked with us and got us the best deal he could. We are grateful and would recommend him to everyone!!! We would recommend him to anyone! We weren't forgotten while we waited. We were asked several times if we needed anything.

Rizza Acura

A wonderful experience from my first contact with Chris Chojnowski in internet sales. My second contact was with Omar Hammad and that was followed by Ahmad Aburas. Each gentleman could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a wonderful experience...the entire deal was handled through the internet sales dept. When I went to pick up my MDX (fabulous vehicle) Penny Nomikos was the sales rep that took care of me. She took me for my test ride and handled most of the paperwork as well as the final walk through on the MDX. She could not have been any nicer as well. She was, as the other three gentlemen I mentioned above, very professional, courteous and truly helpful in every way. My final contact was with the GM, Pat Dazzo. He was fabulous as well. I can not say enough good things about these people I just mentioned. Great dealership founded on great sales people. It was a pleasure doing business with each and everyone.

AC Problem solved

Ted and Chris were very helpful in explaining what was wrong with the air conditioning in my car. They offered me a loaner vehicle while the work was performed and even dropped my car off at my home when it was done. I can't say enough about their consideration for my vehicle and my time.

Able to squeeze me in for an oil change

I believe that you prefer an appointment for an oil change. I was in the area and stopped by. You were able to get me in and out within an hour, including a car wash. NICE!

Nice people who kept me informed. Quick service! Loved the complimentary car wash and vacuum and waiting room was clean and comfortable!

Great Acura Dealer

It was a great experience purchasing a used car. Paul Kay was a great help breaking down everything before I signed my life away. Lol. But will recommend friends and family to this acura dealer. It's worth the 50min drive and there's a acura dealer 10min from my home. So, says a lot about this dealership if I'm willing to drive 50min away.
