Unprofessional and deceptive.
Unprofessional and deceptive. Charged me $500 over residual for some dealer fee. GM was unprofessional and when asked why there’s a $500 fee told me that he will cancel my deal and I can leave. Since my credit was pulled I had no choice but to finish the finance deal. The gentleman at the finance was nice and professional. But overall I will not recommend my family and friends to buy car from Joe Rizza.
