Exceptionally, friendly, flexible, quality service. I lost my only key fob, which meant I had to tow my car to the nearest dealership in order to save money, instead of going to where I purchased originally - Acura, Downtown Chicago. Joe Rizza was closest to my home, but I'd never been there before, yet when I called them for help, they got me in and out the same day. I will buy my next ACURA From Rizza instead of down town Chicago.

Not as good as in the past. Customer service was not a familiar face & she didn’t quite explain the rates clearly. Additionally, the technical support wasn’t as committed as in the past. suppose it’s the small things I noticed. Upon the diagnosis my clock and radio required to be resat & it was not. I will still continue to go to Acura for service needs.
