It was funny watching 1 salesmen run to a Lexus that
It was funny watching 1 salesmen run to a Lexus that pulled in after I did, 1 other salesmen walk in the building. Then Gerard came right up to me I told him I had an appointment with the internet guy. Brought me in and pulled up what I was looking for. Manager did great and I was out of there in my new RDX in about a hour. Here’s a few words for the other salesmen, just because someone drives a big lifted truck, has a big beard, tattoos doesn’t mean they won’t or can’t buy something. You walked and ran away from a guy that was buying a new car that day while Lexus guy was off the lot in 10 minutes.

Description of complaint: On 07/31/24 @1:30pm I came in
Description of complaint: On 07/31/24 @1:30pm I came in to buy out my lease for my 2021 Acura RDX I explained that all my payments are paid off. And Witch I was on the understanding that the my buy out as written on the Original contract states that I Have the OPTION AT END OF LEASE TERM to purchase the Vehicle for $ 26,793.20. plus any required taxes and fees. They ended up charging me $29,500.00 plus fees and taxes along with forcing me to get new plates. they stated that is a new law. Witch came out to $32,675.20 after taxes and fees They payed off 26,751.43 off my loan why was I charged $32,675.20. Where did the rest of the money go. Not to mention the only reason I went with them they told me I could get the 1.99% interest rate if I certified it. Than told they’re going to certified, but they can’t give me the 1.99 that I have to go with 7.09% they said the bank said my car was to old. Also they never did any inspection on my vehicle the keys were in my possession the whole time. On 08/7/24 I’ve tried many times to ask and resolve this issue with Jay the sales man and the GM I asked him to explain why I was over charged. his best explanation was the difference is other fees and taxes from the back office. I again asked him why they’re not listed on the sales contract he claims they don’t have to list them And he really didn’t know. On 8/14/24 I came in with Hopes of talking to Pat Dazzo (GM) after standing around the show room trying to find someone to help. We walked over to Pats office. He asked did you need something. I started I was looking to find out why I was overcharged on my lease buy out and if I have gap. I wasn’t geven any paper work and no one explained it to me. Pat Said I’m not dealing with your paper work you have to see Jay and he’s not here. I told him that he told me he should be in around 1pm. Pat Said That you can ether wait or leave. Being the GM who signed off on my paperwork you think he would help explain or look in to it. The both of them just basically pushed me away. After many attempts of trying to resolve this, or even get an explanation of why I was overcharged or show proof for what I paid for. They basically give me the cold shoulder and won’t talk to me. I feel taken advantage of.and cheated. To be a loyal customer. For 3 years you think they would at least look in to it. But they know they screwed me over and I guess there reputation is true. I Tried to address the issue with the dealership manager first, and got no where this is deceptive practices. Money paid to business: $32,675.20 Actually lease buy out should have been $ 26,793.20 not $32,675.20
