Bought a certified used Acura MDX with the help of sales

Bought a certified used Acura MDX with the help of sales rep Robert Griffin , who was very personable cordial and quite helpful and attentive to your needs and calls. I think my deal was fair and was a good give-and-take experience in which I think both parties were cordially satisfied. Being a Car person that I am I was a little disappointed in their certified used mechanics version of going over the vehicle cause even though he certified it I have found some although minor issues, but I would have thought a thorough investigation would have picked up and corrected these without any problem. That is my only real Beef up to now. And they did offer me a very, very good warranty with the vehicles that I’m very happy with.

My salesman Jay was knowledgeable, professional and made

My salesman Jay was knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable with the process. What I didn’t like was the time it took the finance guy to complete the application and he didn’t fully explain why my interest rate was so high, even though my credit rate was in the 800s. All in all, it was acceptable, I just hadn’t purchased a car in over 20 years, so it was definitely a learning process. But I absolutely love the car!

Always wanted an Accura, so when my late husband’s 2011

Always wanted an Accura, so when my late husband’s 2011 Jeep was at the end of its life expectancy, I pulled the trigger. The salesman, Jay at the dealership was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to just the right car. A great car, a pre-certified 2022 RDX! The rest of the process when fairly well, however the financing experience not so well. My excellent credit did not result in the interest rate I was expecting. Nonetheless, I wanted the car, got the car and I’m loving it.
