Poor after sale communication.

Poor after sale communication. Car had bad electric 12V Battery and got stuck in another state. Also Gave out my personal information to the customer that bought my Trade in Not Cool salesman Jay Not cool at all

I leased a 2024 Acura zdx from Joe Rizza. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve leased from there. I worked with Pat Dazzo over the phone, and there were no surprises when I got to the dealership. Also, Lenny and Tom were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Came jn, got the car. Got good price . Drove of same day. This dealer willing to negotiate. Not like westmont and Naperville acura. Go here and get a good deal.

Joe was totally highballing us.

Joe was totally highballing us. He started with $800 a month on the lease and landed on $359. It was the hold their keys to their car experience. On top of that, we were never offered anything to drink. I had to go find water. We were there on December 22 and there wasn’t another customer in the entire building, yet we sat for almost 2 hours waiting for finance.
