Jeremy Franklin takes care of their customers.

Jeremy Franklin takes care of their customers. They help people with bad credit such and myself and my mother. They also helped a great deal with a great warranty fixing any problem that may occur. We had the handle of our dipstick break off and jeremy Franklin fixed it no problem. They're a great company and I recommend them to anyone that's looking for a great car.

They were so professional polite they got me home when I had to leave my car then came back and picked me up when my car was ready friendly I had Faith in them from from making the appointment then to coming back to get my true professionals the performance was excellent and I will be back in three months to get my oil checked redone. Thank you so much. I wish I could remember all their names to put in here, but I know I be back

Great service.

Great service. I appreciate how they text you while you wait to make sure you have no concerns. They provided the service that I was scheduled for and looked into my issue with my headlights. They got me in and out and up and running in a flash. I spent more money than I had planned, but at least I got the things taken care of that I otherwise would not have gotten done had they not brought it to my attention. Thanks guys!

They had poor communication with us through out the

They had poor communication with us through out the process. I always had to be the one to call. They didn’t check the insurance underwriter. So when parts came in they were wrong. Everything about the experience was disappointing. I understand people make mistake but it’s about how you fix them and nothing got fixed till I called the service manger.
