Grade A+++ service for Lexus of Pembroke Pines and it is specifically because of Nick Ensey. We called around to a few dealerships on Friday, 9/3 and eventually called yours and spoke to Nick who was very open, honest and forthcoming. We decided to make the 3 hour drive from Orlando. Nick was shocked when we showed up on Saturday morning, 9/4. Needless to say there were 2 different color schemes of an NX 300 FSport we were interested in. Nick said, he’d surprise us. Brought out a black one and the wife really liked it. From there we test drove it, discussed options and were able to get a deal done. So much so that I put a deposit down for an IS 350 that I look forward to picking up. We were so happy with Nick, he was truly a professional. During the finance period, FN Jack Mitriani was very thorough in explaining everything. Both of these gentlemen provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.
