I have a appointment at 8:30 a.m. and they took more than 4 hours and never called me or text me to say my car is finished I ask to clean the car and the car is exactly the same dirty the worst dealer I ever see I won’t come back there.

My service agent is Andre Rust, who always provides excellent service. More recently a molding on the top of my car came loose and peeled off. Andre ensured that it was replaced, as well as the other one because it too, was showing signs that it could dislodge. Overall service at the dealership is excellent.

Usually after a service they wash your vehicle but mines was returned to me dirty with no explanation! The service rep also wouldn’t allow me to get a loaner! He said by appointment only but didn’t at least check to see if any was available that wasn’t reserved as my usual service rep does!
