We bought a 2015 Mazda 6 I-Touring from Piazza Mazda. We are from Connecticut and it was worth the ride. Absolutely awesome experience, professional sales force and highly competitive pricing. Chris Angelone is an epitome of efficiency, professionalism and empathy. I felt as though he was putting himself in my shoes while working out the best deal for me. He beat the best price I had without any issues. There was no going back and forth and no dog and pony shows. Simple, straight forward buying experience sans the needless drama. Very informal and friendly management and knowledgeable finance specialist (Lee Levy) effortlessly walked me through the options for extended warranty and other protective coverages. John was terrific. He was patient while I took the car on another test drive and he was very comprehensive explaining the features. He also did a comparison for me between the Mazda 6 Grand Touring and another model I had looked at seriously before coming to Piazza Mazda. The willingness to make sure I was satisfied and not to push me into a decision made the entire experience so different from others I had in the past.

We just bought a Mazda 3 hatchback from Phil. He understands that older people are tech-challenged, easily confused and annoying. He was really nice to us anyway! He answered every question, explained how everything worked very well, and even went over a bunch of things more than once. I was purchasing a car for my son and asked him to narrow down the make and models he would like to test drive. He had very little knowledge of the Mazda.
