They Broke It. I Paid

First of all, I founded the Delaware Valley Miata Club 25 years ago and am the current Motorsports Director of the club. I have most of my own mechanical work on the 3 Miatas I have owned, but I was in a rush and took my Miata to Piazza for a power steering leak. Very expensive repair as they said it needed a new steering rack. Drove the car to Florida and on the way back, power steering fluid starting spraying all over the engine. I was able to get the car home by adding 5 quarts for fluid on the way. Took the car back to Piazza for them to find the leak. The cause was that one of the hydraulic hoses to the rack was rubbing on a belt pulley and eventually it wore a hole through the hose. Charged me $174 for the hose and $90 labor to replace the hose. When I pointed out that the reason the hose wore through was that their mechanic incorrectly re-installed it when he replaced the steering rack, the manager said "Yeah, so what do you want?" I thought I was being very reasonable when I said I was willing to pay the $174 for the hose, but since it was their fault the labor should be free. He said next time you come back I'll give you a free oil change. Are you kidding me? I change my own oil. And why would he think I would come back? Stay away from Piazza. I now doubt that it actually needed the new steering rack in the first place given the obvious lack of skill of their mechanics. It was obvious the need for this second repair was totally their fault,yet they refused to accept any responsibility. If you take your car here, be prepared for something else to break shortly after you get the car back. There are plenty of good Mazda dealers in the area. Piazza isn't one of them.

Great Experience! The best!

My wife and I stopped by because we were interested in upgrading our GMC Envoy to the CX-9. We were very limited on what we could buy. But our salesman Nick, was able to find exactly what we were looking for on the lot and we knew it was the one for us. Not only were they able to show us the car we were looking for, but they worked with us and customized this deal to our needs. This dealership really went to bat for us, understood our needs and didnt quit us. We worked together and my wife and I came away with a beautiful certified used CX-9 with an extended warranty and we couldn't be happier. I will highly recommend Piazza Mazda to everyone. Thanks again guys!

Friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure

In late April I purchased a used Mazda 3. Great CPO warranty. The salesman, Melcom, was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working out a price. He even delivered the car to me despite the fact that I live in New Jersey.

No fuss! No Muss! Aggravation free car leasing!!!

My husband and I leased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Piazza Mazda two and a half years ago. This was our first time leasing a vehicle and the salesman, Christopher Angelone, made sure the process was seamless and stress-free. Our lease will be up in the fall and you can be sure we'll be headed back to Piazza Mazda for our next new car and Chris will be the guy we ask for since great customer service is very important to us.

Donna Ruffo Great Experience Great Service

I bought my 2013 Mazda 3 last year I had the best experience at Piazza it was easy all the work was done for me. This dealership is so wonderful I went back a few months later. and leased a 2014 Mazda 3 for my daughter. The salesman that took care of me both times was Chris Angelone he provided me with all the information I needed to make the purchase for my 2013 and my daughters 2014 Mazda. Chris was able to get me great financing, also a great deal on the lease for the 2014! Chris is friendly and knowledge I will be going to see him soon to get my other daughter a new Mazda. I love this dealership the people there are the best I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Quick and simple buying process.

Melcom Avrigian was the sales person that I worked with. Throughout the deal, he showed a value for being time-efficient. This might have been the quickest sale for me in a very long time.

Secure Purchasing!

My Purchase of MX5

Great Service!!

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service I received when I came into Piazza Mazda to get my check engine light checked out. Everyone was polite and the gentleman helped me was so helpful. He took the time to not only scan the car, but explain to me the mechanics of the issue. I really appreciate the help and though I don't live in the area, I told my family and friends about my experience. Thank you!!

Great Car Buying Experience

My husband and I just leased our 2nd Mazda CX9 from Piazza Mazda of West Chester. And a few years back we leased a CX7 from Piazza. Obviously our experiences with Piazza have been fabulous! Our salesman for this transaction was Melcom Avrigian and he made this the easiest leasing experience ever! Since he knew that our lease was up in 3 months, he called us with a great deal that we couldn't refuse or resist! Melcom is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and just made it a wonderful experience. When this lease is up, you know where we'll head to the people that we trust at Piazza Mazda!
