Great experience trying to work out a deal to purchase a new vehicle. Already have purchased a 2021 Jeep Sport and tried to upgrade to a 2022 Jeep Willy. Although the deal was not made, there was great offers made. Everyone but the middle man showed great ethics towards me. I would come back and buy another car over several other Jeep dealerships.

Rudy Petersen is the best staff in the service department I have ever met at any car dealer. Glenn E. Thomas is a great Dodge dealer in southern California. If I need to buy another car, I will definitely go back to this car dealer.

Excellent dealership!
Excellent dealership! The sales manager Brad Davis had made our negotiation and purchase of a new Ram truck painless. We got the truck with everything we wanted at a very good price. The service department is also superb! Tom, the service manager, not only provided great customer care at the service department, but also had gone out of his way to get us a full refund for an out-of-town car rental when we encountered a car issue (which was later determined to be caused by a car software glitch). The truck is great and we love it! Glenn E Thomas remains to be our favorite dealership!

Quick and easy purchase
I went into the dealership to trade in a Wrangler for a Gladiator. I inquired online and made an appointment to come in. Upon arrival, Nate brought out the exact truck I was interested, took down all the details of my trade and that was it. The numbers they came back with gif exactly where I was expecting and just like that, I am the proud owner of a brand new Gladiator. Nate and his manager took the time to follow up to see how things were going and made sure I was a satisfied customer. They were all great including the finance manager. Made the transaction comfortable. I recommend GET Jeep.

Great experience !
I have to say, I was impressed. I’m skeptical about car dealerships and sales reps. My situation was tough and I was anxious as I had 2 days to get a new car. Greg approached me and off the bat, I gave him the exact vehicle I was seeking. Nothing less and nothing more. A new 2021 Dodge Charger R/T Plus! He made it happen, I test drove it. He was easy to talk too and attentive. Great sense of humor and it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership by far. At this point I was introduced to Luke and then David. Got a great deal by crunching some numbers and it was favorable . Appreciate it all guys! I received a call the following day by Greg to make sure all was good! Other then David mistakenly misspelling my name and not getting KARR security info to get the app rolling , all went well. David , thank you for crunching some numbers and now I have access to KARR 😉 Overall happy with my dream car purchase !! Thanks Guys !!

If I could give this dealership a 0 then I would. Only reason I would give it a 1 would be because of the awesome sales rep Jayson. Came from an hour and a half away to see a vehicle, we were assisted by the sales rep Jayson who was very professional and helpful. Decided to purchase the vehicle, got the out the door pricing, let them know that I already secured the financing thru my own bank. Had to leave due to a work meeting and spoke to one of the reps in financing and he advised that I could start the paperwork process and it would be ready by the time I would return in the evening to speed it up. Then that's when the nightmare started. When I returned in the evening (after driving an hour and a half again!) The process was supposed to resume. They requested a copy of my insurance information to make sure I had full coverage. However this time, instead of working with the same person in financing who was there earlier in the afternoon, we were met by the sales manager Lucas (who by the way gave me his card so that in his words I could "spell it right") Lucas then began to give us his xx explanation about how we could not drive away with the car because they needed to wait until their bank completely cleared the cashiers check from my bank and that they always do it this way. Uum as if this is my first time buying a car? I know that's a straight lie! Mind you, the car I was going to purchase was already considered used because the person it was originally sold to couldn't follow thru with the loan and had to return it after a few days and 500 miles later. (And that came directly from financing when they explained why the car was selling for the price it was. When I said this, Lucas rudely said "well you were lied to!" Wow so now apart from being rude and unprofessional, you also want to put in question the integrity of not one but 2 of your coworkers including the financing reps?Doesn't give a good look to this dealership at all. He then proceeded to tell us that we didn't have to purchase from them. Well you are absolutely right about that! Do not waste your time even if you are local to this dealership because in Lucas' own words you don't need to purchase from them. Take your business elsewhere unless you are okay with wasting hours at a dealership who clearly doesn't want to sell a vehicle.
