I started my car buying process on 6/27..My brother purchased his Mercedes c300 from Diana Rollins and spoke highly of her Attentiveness and Ability to get him in the car of his dreams and at a price he could afford. I drove to Great Neck and sat down with Diana Rollins who made me feel like we were family. She stayed in constant contact with me and was able to work with my work schedule and the price that could fix my budget. After getting me in a beautiful black and tan Lexus ES350. I was in love. Ronny Eitan helped me for several hours of trying to get me financed at a great rate that I could afford. Together they are a force to be reckoned with. I was so pleased with the hard work, dedication and hours that I brought 2 more clients to get the same treatment that I received. I will forever be greatful.

My Sales agent was, and will be again, Diana Rollins. She did take the time to get me into another vehicle of my liking when the first deal fell through because of financing due to a former Bankruptcy. Ronnie Eitan, the Financial Manager, arranged the financing for my second choice. Bottom line, was he got me approved for X amount of money at a workable monthly payment. This dealership handles nothing but Value Rated, Mercedes Benz and BMW ' s. I have gotten nothing but compliments on my ( new to me ) 2012 E 550 Coupe. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the very near future!!!

i went there all the way from conn. i was pre approved over the phone send all my papers they need then went too the lot too see diana she was my sales rep i test drove a 2012 bmw beautiful car then the xxxx it i was told my pyment with 3000 down were going to be 328 with 6 percent then i asked that i see the figures before signing or giving any money down they told me they would call me monday de too the banks being closed ok monday tueday wedsneday thursday no call it only takes one day too get bank approvel these people are scammers very bad dont believe anything they tell u unless your dealing with cash they also will call you and keep you holding on i have beening waiting 3 weeks for an apprval with the figures not yet have i gotton a call so think 2 before going there

Diana Rollins was the most help I have ever had.What a great experiance.she was very helpful and explained everything well. I will go back agin when I'm ready.
