The Truck Dutchess of Long Island
CI had previously bought a Mercedes from Diana about 10 months ago and loved the car and loved the service they offered at Auto Expo so it only seemed fitting that when I decided I wanted a truck that I go back! I called Diana and she literally had me in a truck within 12 hours and the crazy part is that they usually Don't even carry trucks there; being impressed was an understatement. The reason why I continue to use Auto Expo and go to Diana is simple; the customer service and knowledge of what they do is incredible and their kindness is infectious. I highly recommend Auto Expo in Great Neck, NY to anyone interested in a luxury car. They're affordable and they will work with you! I wish Diana nothing but the best. Last note is that Avi and Ronny are genuinely just good people; I trust them and their determination to make sure that the vehicle they're putting you in isn't going to make your wallet hurt too much as well.

Clean Mercedes and BMWs
Friendly fast talkers. I just got my second vehicle in a 2 car deal. My first car is performing very well so far and the second is clean as a whistle. My scheduled oil change was free except the charge for synthetic oil. I believe they get most of their cars at end of lease auctions so they should be pretty well taken care of. Prices and rates are fair. My credit was fair at best but they know banks that got me financed the same hour. My rate is not 2.9% but I am paying more than the monthly minimum so total interest paid shouldn't be too much. I paid blue book for my first vehicle because it is pretty rare. My saleswoman Diana Is energetic and I could get her on the phone directly about half the time. When I left a message, she would normally get back to me the same day. She knows her vehicles and is very hardworking and relatable. If you want a late-model Mercedes or BMW with a reasonable amount down, Auto Expo should be one of your first dealers to visit. Although not perfect, they can get you approved and driving a great car in one day!

Awesome first time experience

So rude
They are lucky I can't go into the negative rating with them, the sales rep Jean was a good guy he was trying to help sell a car at the end of the day. But his sales Manager bald guy in the back named Avi something like that was very rude and needs etiquette classes on customer service. I went there with my own bank loan and the sales manager persuaded me to run my credit thru them he said he can get a better rate thru MCU probably a better rate b/c if I didn't he wouldn't make any money on the vehicle that he would sell me so after an hour of going back and forth. I let them run my credit since they said they have relations with MCU after another hour they came back out and told me I need to call this number so I so what's this Avi turns to me and says I have a credit for alert on my credit that I need to call and give them some information so they can run my credit on the paper it said some of the credit union which he specifically said he deals with MCU all the time I go ahead and tell him that's not what you said he starts yelling at me saying we don't deal with the bank I was appalled my girlfriend turns around and says what are you serious you just wasted our time so he starts yelling at her know we both going back-and-forth with him yelling and us yelling like we did something to him I thought we were customers and proper etiquette comes in this isn't the Boiler Room Avi your not on Wallstreet this isn't Wolf of Wallstreet you didn't lose the deal of the century if it wasn't for Jean calming everyone down we don't know how far Avi would have taken it. After Avi walked backed into his office I then proceeded to still talk to Jean to see what kind of deal he had on the table so the ad lists the vehicle for 23,495 right so he comes out with some numbers showing at the end of the deal I would be paying xxxx near 31,000 for the vehicle just by signing it watch the fine print it states of they finance you with 2,000 down it drops to that price. If I brought the car with my own bank I would have to pay 25,495 plus 1,000 they would charge me for not getting the loan thru them. I laughed and I walked out of that place with my pride and not letting a ripoff company jerk me.

"Person Centered" Customer Service
This summer was time I purchased a new car. I like classy cars with a value that represents my hard work. My search for such fine automobiles led me to Auto Expo of Great Neck, NY. Let me first say that I went to other dealers where I immediately felt disappointed and deceived to the point that I was afraid to put my hard earned money in their hands. This July when I walked into Auto Expo I was lost in a sea of beautiful cars. I had my mind set on a BMW X6. Ms. Diana Rollins approached me as if she knew me for years, determined to see me satisfied whether I made a purchase or not. Diana made me feel comfortable. Her customer service is what we in the Nursing field call "Person Centered". Her professionalism was flawless. I was treated with respect. Her boss Ronny Eitan was also very supportive. With a charming personality his knowledgable experience guided me thru the final process. My overall experience was outstandingly positive. Too bad I could only afford one car, I'd sure go back! They are highly recommended. Ask for Diana.

I was sold a lemon, lied to and Misled
I worked with Ronny Eitan the finance department he will do anything to sale a car. He over priced me for a lemon and if the v will refuse to respond to my E-mails and phone calls. Carol Beane is always laughing when I enter the dealership about problems with my Vehicle. I obtained a lawyer and I will start to reach out to all of the past customers to conduct a class action lawsuit against "Auto Expo tin Great Neck dealership.
